I've worked with Joe for 3 yrs, he's the most honest property manager out there. Definitely a great man to work with. Any problem with the rental home, he will definitely try his best to make sure it is taken care of in a timely manner. My family and I stayed at one of the properties he manages until we purchased our home. I will continue to send friends and family to Maloney management.

Maloney Management or Joe more specifically, is hands down the most professional and down to earth property manager I have ever dealt with. From the renter perspective he always handled issues with the rental in a timely manner and made sure that everything was taken care of. He handled all things owner and tenant related and made sure that both parties were satisfied. He goes above and beyond what the average property manager would do and clearly takes pride in his profession. After having our rental get taken over by him from another property management company things were 100% better and easier

Joe is honestly the best rental agent I’ve ever had. He took over my rental after the prior agent couldn’t get her stuff together. He took pictures. He got it posted. He even got more money than I was asking for. He made sure to filter through proper tenants and was always on the ball with any issues. He is prompt to call and/or email immediately. His service is by far untouchable to anyone. If you’re going to rent your home or condo in Las Vegas. Allow Maloney Management to take care of you.
