I wish I could have given NO STARS that is what this company deserves. They are buying up all of the apartments in Las Vegas that should be condemned and putting the rent from$450. To $ 900. I would laugh if I wasn't crying. Corporate Slum Lord

This management team manages the emerald suites located here and they are horrible with the capital h. They don't care it doesn't matter if your television goes out and they let it sit forever outside and don't replace it, if you don't have a couch, if you don't have a bed, if you don't have whatever they don't care all they care about is your money and if you don't pay them your money on time then they're going to be sure that they put a happy little notice on your door to let people know that they're suing you for your money I get it you have to pay your rent however don't go here don't stay

I've been staying here for a year and a half and up until last week I had given up in the management and maintenance. I had put in several work orders for things to get fixed in my unit and not once did they show up to fix it. Since Carmella and Lilly started working here less than 2 weeks ago I have gotten so much help and I know feel more comfortable living here. I hope this means that Harbor Island will make some serious and much needed changes. Thank you so much Carmella and Lilly.

This is one of the best management companies I have lived under! My manager, Diane if very attentive to meet the needs of the residents. I have been very satisfied with the fast resolutions to any problems that I have incurred, maintenance is always respectful. Whenever I call on Diane with questions she is very knowledgeable and informative and always prompt with follow-up. I am going on 7 years living here in Village of Santo Domingo and very satisfied with choosing this as my home back in 2014!

Alex and Tyrone of Desert Plaza are the best. Unfortunately, I have to move as the property was sold and the new owners raised the rent. But had it not been for the fact, I would have lived here forever! Alex is always very truthful and does not have any loopholes that some of the property managers for AMG do, they tell you that they never said things that they did say and THOSE people know who they are! Whatever he says he's going to do, he does. Work order get done either the same day or the day after with Tyrone. These two people work together very well and are the bomb! I'm going to miss them

I’m currently at the Desert Plaza apartments.
I was a little reserved at first due to the neighboring areas.
But I can honestly say the professionalism and attentiveness that Alex the Manager and our maintenance has been amazing!
They are quick and efficient and completely comfortable and easy to deal with.
I’ve been on the hunt for a place and this by far was my first choice due the the staff at this location!
Put my worries away and provided peace of mind!

I've lived at The Virginia Apartments for a little over 2 years. It's maintained well by Elios, who is always on top of any maintenance issues. I absolutely love Karina the Manager. She is very professional and handles any issues that you bring to her with great professionalism, compassion and care. She's awesome and so is Advanced Management Group!

Aviator Suites- Residents are nice, Alma in the office is always helpful and I love her professionalism! The whole staff waves or says hello when they’re out and about. Rooms are perfect size if you don’t need a lot of space!

I have been living here at the Virginias off East Tropicana for two years now. Whenever there is an issue the team is soo quick to respond and gives us nothing but professional work. Karina has been nothing but good to us since she started here. And Elio is one of the most helpful attentive maintenance workers I’ve ever met. Always smiling always there to help. I love living here because of the staff. I’ve lived in other places in this area and the staff is just rude and mean. You don’t get that here at The Virginia’s. ☺️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Desert Plaza has been my home for the past 5 years and Management and Maintenance have been not so good ,But now the staff that is on property now is a true breathe of fresh air! Alex the Property Manager is so helpful and easy to talk to and Maintenance actually responds to my work orders and fixes them the first time around!! Thanks Tyrone and Alex.

Stayed here a week and a week too long. You've heard of "good-good", well this place is "bad-bad". Talked to mgr. for room, being in desperate need of shelter. Overpriced, no internet(as advertised) not even a phone in room.Room was horrible! Roaches, water drip leak from upstairs causing water damage, other tenants loud, inconsiderate.Every other room is arguing about something, screaming & yelling. Little thug kids all over aged from 6 to teens, watch you move in, come around your unit, sitting on my air conditioner cussing & screaming, throw trash all over. Management

Late on rent got locked out wich is understandable. After they reset my room key they threw it back at me. Certainly did not deserve that kind of disrespect. Two months two homicides. Police are here every day.

Ghetto place there's stabbings, drunk people running their cars into the children's playground metro is always there office staff is rude and racist don't trust anything they say they just want your money. Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Would give zero stars if I could.

Well so Here is an update. This has not been easy for me I have been a licensed nail tech for 13 yrs and an uber driver for 2 years with my nail shop closing down for 30 days and ride share not as busy as we would like,I'm living day-by-day figuring out where I'm going to get my next money. I go to the front office for help and you have these people with No compassion at the front desk I actually had to have a friend on the phone this time going into the office so that she can hear exactly what I was talking about. We just moved in today and I feel like this place could be home for us I found nothing wrong no bugs my apartment is very clean and yes gym is permanently closed you cannot expect pool to be open till summer but this place has been renovated flat screen tv in the living rooms and for all utilities and furniture included I think the price is reasonable I would give it a chance you can't expect your neighbors to act and think like you so you do have to adjust to your surroundings but they have great security and people aren't that bad as some reviews have made this place seem worse I honestly

This place deserves 3 stars because of the convenience of their location, no signed lease policy, and currently have SOME genuinely nice staff members. Allow me to introduce the pros and cons of living at Harbor Island.

Pros: All utilities are included. You have the options of paying weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. It's your preference and you work it into your weekly paychecks. The neighborhood is very family oriented making it somewhat a "safe" area. It's extremely close to pretty much everything you need such as pharmacy, banks, the main strip, food, etc. The apartments

Terrible! If you ever go to Las Vegas, never EVER stay at this place. Yeah they offer a nice weekly rate and you may think that you won't be in your room anyways, but trust me in this one. The rooms need remodeling bad and the roach problem is serious. And I won't even get started on all of the criminal activity going on!

Don't move here the people in the office lie & want you to pay for a years stay knowing that it won't be standing & that Richard Branson bought the property! They still let thugs & drug dealers check in & the Police come & load them up & take them to jail ! Too dangerous for everyone including kids ! You don't know if the people who live here are pedophiles & people just let their kids run wild & don't care until they get a beat down! Worst night Security ever they don't show up when called about certain apartments that have gang bangers

Roaches Galore!!!

I had went there to view a room recently...yuck!!! I had seen dead roaches on the floor, and live ones congregating inside of the cupboards!!!

Stay away from that roachy a$$ place!!

Clean rooms, good location close to the strip. The area is fine, no uninvited trouble. Located next to the Hard Rock with CVS & Rebel within walking distance. Restaurants also within walking distance. Laundry rooms in the complex. Friendly management. It's not the Ritz, but I have no complaints.
