I’ve been renting with Property Management Group for over 4 years. Shaya and Loretta are a great team and I would totally recommend this company. If you’re looking for a management team to manage your properties, or if you’re looking to rent a place to stay, Property Management will take care of you. I’m currently a tenant at a unit managed by PMLV. Shaya is great and I’d recommend them to anyone. Her professionalism and responsiveness stand out the most. From the first day I signed the lease she’s been nothing but helpful. Whenever anything arises she responds back immediately. Great business to rent from.

I recently initiated a new lease with Property Management of LV LLC back in Nov/Dec 2021. To date, everything has been great (post move-in is generally the big test). Of high importance to note, they have been extremely responsive to service and other requests. I have mostly interfaced with Shaya. She does a great job and has been very responsive. I highly recommend working with her and this firm.

I have been renting from them for way too long (9 years in July) but, the experience has been great. I like being able to transfer money for rent. I haven't had many major repair issues but, the few I have had, Shaya had a company set an appointment with me pretty quickly. They do an inspection every year and the inspection guy, Gus is friendly and fun. When we finally buy a house, they'll get my business then too.

I am so thankful for having a property management group that I can fully trust to handle my rental in Lake Las Vegas. The staff is hands on, and always looking out, not only for my interest, but that of my tenant as well. They are so professional, and the pricing is so fair. Hello,
I moved from one of Property management condo rentals to another one.
The unit that I moved to have brand new flooring and is a two-bedroom two full bathroom unit.
I also love being able to look out of my patio and see more like woods and forest instead of dirt or concrete.
There are so many new amenities! I’m very happy!
The circumstances of my moved made it necessary to make the actual move as quickly as possible.
Shaya was very understanding and was/Is always easy to work with.
I appreciate her the great property inventory that I have been a benefactor of!
