Eviction Proceeding commence the 8th of each month unless tenant has made prior arrangements. Owners set up via Direct Deposit typically receive funds on or before the 10th of each month. Paper checks are mailed by the 13th of each month and can take up to 5 business days to receive. Year end statements provide a complete account summary of each transaction posted on your account during the year.

I've been renting a house through Robinson Realty for almost 4 years now. Over the years, I have had to submit a few requests to get items fixed (garbage disposal, oven, yard flooding, etc.) Every time I submit a request, I get a response that day and a vendor is out the next day. All of the vendors have been professional and experienced! Most recently, my main line busted at my house and my yard was flooding, right before Thanksgiving. As anxious as I was that I would most likely not have running water until after the holiday, Nico made sure that didn't happen. Everything was finished by Wednesday

I sincerely hope that if you are reading this review, you will spare yourself from what most people have unfortunately experienced with this company. I wish I would have done my research on this company before I signed a lease. In 15 years of renting, I have always had my full security deposit returned to me until now.
After I moved out, the owner of the condo, Tom Dadon decided to remodel the entire condo. However, he attempted to do the remodel by keeping my entire security deposit of $1,700.00 and then additionally charging me another

I do not wish to be in contact with these people anymore but they have made it sooo hard not to and left me with result of leaving a review. DO not I tell DO NOT RENT with Robinson realty never in my life did I ever think renting my first apartment would be this hard. Supper unprofessional they hire or lease property’s with management that harasses their tenets and has unprofessional relationships with them as well. I just signed my second lease at a different property with Robinson Realty! I hope to stay at this property for a while unless I upgrade again!

Security deposit refund process is intentionally vague. You would think I would just deal with the property manager but there were 4 individuals I had to coordinate with when it came time to move. Multiple emails and texts to ensure people would get back to me. Ultimately, I was charged 200 dollars for some "scuffed walls" to be repainted. The paint buckets were in the garage and I'd assume it would take but 5 minutes to do touch ups. How would I know though? It has been 5 weeks and I still don't have the pictures of proof I've requested. I've rented houses several times (military) and always leave

This is the worst Real Estate Property management i have ever dealt with. We moved into our current place and started out with a lady named Kathy who was awful. The tenant before us had cats who peed and ruined the carpets and we were told they would be taken care of. On our moving day, they were not cleaned so i had to have them come out and take care of it which pushed our moving back. She then disappeared and never told us she wasn't our property manager anymore. We got this new lady Cheri who was okay at first. I thought she was getting better when she had to help us with some other issues

When we signed up to lease our house the service was great, it seems that as time went by, service went downhill. The last tenant moved out, and I had to pay $960.00 for repairs because Robinson gave the tenant their deposit back. and they would not answer emails. I do not recommend this company for leasing your house and if I could give less that 1 star, I would

I have used Robinson Property Management for a few years for my property. They immediately were able to screen and find me a good tenant. Their month to month handling of payments and disbursements were always communicated consistently with no problems. They contacted me whenever any issues arrived that needed my attention. Overall, I found the whole process very professional. My house was kept up very well and returned to me in the condition they received it. My experience with these guys is not a great one. I did not chose these guys, but my landlord sold the house to a person who runs there housing through them. I have lived at this residence for the past 3.5 years and never once called to have anything fixed. Most things I fixed myself. So today, I had a broken sink and I am not a plumber by any means. So I called in a work order, the property manager calls me once the plumber is here to replace it and tries to tell me that I should pay for half of the 250 dollar bill. I quickly replied that was not acceptable, as that is why you pay rent. After
