Found a used syringe near our patio, our unit was previously broken in to from the patio door, and we have packages (and even our broom) stolen from our front door semi frequently. Neighbors argue past 2am and smoke all the time in the hallways and the staff has no solution for any of those issues other than “call the police :)”. Lived here three years with constant staff changes and none have ever seemed to care to make the property better. Look at the hallways and patios, we get notices they are going to power wash but they never gave. You’re better off spending the extra cash elsewhere

Horrible horrible horrible do not live here (my opinion) lived here for a year terrible staff no one could hold a job in the office and no one would help take care of the mold issues or maintenance in this place. The drug traffic and foot traffic threw that area is no place to raise a family again just my opinion

Been living here for 2 years. Have had lots of staff changes. The new staff with Brittany (manager) the other office lady. (forget her names. Sorry) Terry and Scott in matience. We have brought up issues in our apartment or on the complex several times in the past and nothing gets done. When the new team came in things have been getting done and the complex has looked amazing since.The staff will actually listen to your issues and get working on them right away. Love the new team.

My friends have talked about "The Jungle" that this place is supposed to be and how bad it is so since I was in the area, I decided to check it out for myself. I hope a 3 bedroom is like 800 dollars because this place looks like it got hit by a bomb. Meanwhile across the street, it looks nice. Everyone's blinds are broken, the balconies look like they are still under construction... no thanks!

I can't believe how unprofessional the staff are. It's disgusting, and the apartments are somehow even worse. Drug users constantly wander around at night and KIDS live here! Unacceptable. There is no parking either. But every other review will tell you that. DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are other apartments around everett that are more secure and safer. There's mold too!

I have enjoyed my experience with Tessera Apartments. The Property Manager, Amber, is really great to work with. I really appreciate that she takes time to build a relationship/rapport with the tenants and is transparent in her practice.
The maintenance team is amazing as well! Any issues we've had (only had a couple) are quickly addressed. I haven't had to place a maintenance request for the same issue twice.
The complex itself is nice and quiet. Great location! Just minutes away from amenities and freeway entrances. It's also conveniently located near the South Everett Park & Ride which makes

It needs a lot of improvement, maintenance is sluggish and takes a long time to fix problems.
Some of the staff are lazy and put no effort into finding a package in their mail room.
The building manager is nice but I wasn't impressed with the other staff.
Parking is an absolute nightmare, it's hard to find a place without having to walk across the complex.
Few amenities for the price and the gym is only available when staff is there.
Overall, I'd recommend going somewhere else unless you want frustration and want to feel ripped off.

The apartments themselves are fine (nice layout, decent storage, etc.) The neighborhood is terrible, living next to the jungle is no joke. The worst part, though, is the management. The property manager frequently closes the leasing office early (like, WAY early) and sometimes for days on end. If the office is supposed to be open until 5PM, when I get home at 4:40 I should be able to go in and pick up a package, but no, she has closed up and gone home already. She's rude and dismissive and terribly hard to get ahold of (because she isn't there when she's supposed to be) and Maintenance is a problem
