Horrible place. They keep raising rent even after 10 years which is against the law i believe. They took the kitties of a mom cat from her. They dont fix anything in the apartments and the pool doesnt look like the picture, in fact is almost never open. You cant play tennis in the courts even tho the place its called tennis villa. The management doesnt care about the people. If 0 stars was an option, that is what i would go with.

Awful! Lived at this apartment for 3 years and they charged me over $500 from my security deposit and provided no evidence/ reason for the charge other than a paper saying that there was “damages (including extraordinary cleaning).” My God, extraordinary cleaning!? I cleaned the apartment top to bottom before moving out. And damage? What damage? No evidence AT ALL! Just one sheet of paper. These people are FRAUDS!!!

You can hear everything, neighbors fighting, music etc, normally that would not bother me, however when it is at 3 in the morning, yes. Place is always dirty, people feed cats and leave the cat food outside, on the floor.They want me to pay the rent with money order, and risk myself of getting infected with COVID-19. Workers and office personnel are nice though.

5 great years at Tennis Villas!
"Tennis Villas are great apartments in a great area, everything is close by. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."
