It was impeccably clean, the staff bent over backwards to accommodate, and the kitchenette had brand new appliances - everything you would need, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, oven, and stovetop! I am a bit OCD about cleanliness: I inspect shower curtains and toilet rims, I wear flip flops in unknown showers (not needed here) and always find the top blanket in hotel rooms too gross to sit on (not the case here!).

I have stayed here many years ago, however I was visiting Milwaukee to see family. I was suppose to stay some where else and they had the nerve to be shut down and have no one to take care of customers. So I remembered The Biller. I love it the lady at the window was sweet as pie.
The rooms were better than I remembered.
If your in the Milwaukee downtown area I would recommend the Biller. It felt like home. I could get up in the morning a make my own breakfast.
The only thing I would change is the non-smoking and no quest after 9pm. Other than that I'm there.

We had a new employee stay at the Biller Hotel for almost a month while he transitioned from another state to Wisconsin. The Biller was affordable and convenient. It was the perfect option while he learned the city, suburbs, and looked for an apartment. Thanks to the staff for everything. We would recommend the Biller - a kitchenette, clean, budget-friendly!

I stayed here in 1996! Came back recently and booked one week stay. Management didn’t offer to show me the rooms available for weekly rental. Guess what! The hotel rooms have never been renovated or upgraded for the modern world. Heater is older than radiator heaters. It’s those useless wall heater that only runs along one wall. No exhaust fan at all. And smoke detector in kitchen! Doh...For the price it’s only suitable for locals who can take or handle these old rooms. I can’t, I checked out next day. No percentage refund given. But I just couldn’t stay there another night. No microwave
