If you can find another company to rent with I would. If you decide to use them make sure you keep all of your documentation to and from them, keep your check in list and all of your before and after pictures. If you think that calling them and talking is okay, beware.. make sure you following up with an email documenting the communication. They will try to keep as much of your security deposit as possible, when asked why they will tell you vague answers, send you pictures of damage that is on the check in list and then tell you “well then just sue me” and then tell you “but then I’ll countersue

Horrible experience trying to chase what is owed to me upon move out (11/30/19), my security deposit return and also a pro- rated rent reimbursement since I paid December rent, but a new tenant moved in by December 9th. My lease stated that within 30 days I should have my security deposit refunded upon move out. I held up my end, provided proper written notice, left the property in great condition. Now, 01/29/2020, I have not been given any money reimbursement, nor has Regent Realty provided proof or tracking information if they have attempted to mail that to me. I am a property owner with "Regent Realty with Kevin Roe" and this is the worst company I have the misfortune of being stuck working with. I hired Kevin Roe to assist in managing my property when other areas of my life required more attention and I needed to take this off my plate. At first I felt good signing on with Kevin since he stated that if I was unhappy with his services, I could terminate our agreement at any time with 30 days notice. I rented a duplex in Fort Worth two years ago. Upon move in the maintenance staff was painting over a water leak patch which until a week ago still leaked every time it rained. The only reason it stopped is because I finally found the source of the leak during a thunderstorm. There is more than likely black mold in the ceiling where its been leaking into our master bedroom over that time frame. Will have a sample tested for confirmation. Both bathroom toilets became in-operable even after i changed out the tanks guts with my own money, the guest toilet still works but the master hasn't worked in

We have been a tenant in a property managed by Regent Realty for over four years with no late payments. In February our lease ended. Multiple attempts by phone and email were not returned to renew. Most weekdays the physical office was not open even during regular business hours and says. Finally after weeks of leaving messages the owner of the company informed me that he had let all of his office personnel go and it was just he and his wife running the business. They are the worst! Kevin roe is Texas number one slumlord I feel sorry for the people that work for this crook. If you want to live in a rat infested home he's your guy. Apperanly it's okay for a two year old child to live in these conditions but it's not okay for his family. I hope he gets what he deserves. I have had NO issue with the service Regent Realty provides. I have been a tenant for 5 years and can nothing but good things about them. My maintanence requests have been taken care of with in 2 days, and the work is done by professional people. They have been great on working with me also if I had to pay my rent late. Great Service with Rumi.

Regent Realty told us that we were the first application they received for leasing a house and that there was nothing wrong with our application or credit; in fact, even asked us when we could move in and gave us a date when it would be ready for us! Then, four days later, they blindside us by saying their client (owner) 'received a better offer.' Not only did they not tell us about their shopping for a 'better offer', but they kept our application fee!

I have never been more disgusted with a Realty Company - They have no respect for their tenants. They purposely make it hard. They refused to put insulation in a 2000 sqft house that I rented - DO NOT RENT 930 MEADOWDALE CIRCLE GARLAND TX - Causing my electric bills to be over $300 during Winter months and over $700 during Summer months. They NEVER fix anything. I would NOT recommend anyone to use them. The property manager Rumi Cuevas will not do anything - She does nothing but interrupt you & argue with you. Again - If you are thinking of using them for anything! RUN THE OTHER WAY! Please Share
