My experience at this apartment complex was astronomically horrible. You can here and everything that your neighbors are doing such as barking dogs, noisy parties, people taking a shower, and private conversations. This place is like a premium outlet(u would understand if u lived here) They have a very unstable playground. Also they don’t have a pool or really anything decent that you can enjoy. And finally, there is no where to park. If you go somewhere for today there’s a good chance your parking spot won’t here there when you get back and you will have to take a walk. The only good thing

As everyone knows that searching for a new home for your family is very stressful. However from the moment I walked in the office Amerika made me feel at home. I love the layout and the community seems perfect. She gave me a warn welcome and smile and made a very stressful situtaion easy as pie! We plan on being here for a while and look forward to our new beginning!!!

This place is terrible, even though their management is changed but this place is still the same, rodent infested, houseflies, roaches is over the house. Even you are not cook at home but there are too many of them flying around the house. Also, the customer service is so bad and rude. America keeps talking about how problems they are if we request the maintenance team come and check the house. She is only argue, not listen to tenant at all. Once time, my unit got no power and A/C not working at all in the middle of February while temp is drop down at 19 degrees, I called and voicemail the hot

I honestly have not had any issues here. We have lived here for three months now and we have not had any problems. Our manager Priscilla Ramirez is wonderful be courteous super friendly and great person. The property is very calmed and not issues around here as long as I’ve been living here. The units are very spacious and the property is always clean. Great place to live if you want to live peacefully!

Stay away from here if things like healthy living and proper general maintenance are important to you. If you must live here, lease a unit in the back, it is exceptionally noisy in the front from vehicles with no mufflers. The leasing office frequently closes early, messages go unanswered and management is constantly confused and/or unwilling to help. Neighbors have similar issues, exchange information with them to cover you from any abuses.

This place is horrible! do not let the new name fool you, they are still RODENT infested! The worst Bug problem i have ever encountered. They have ROACHES everywhere!! Mold all around the windows, maintenance do not come to fix it and if they do they'll just paint right over it! This place is horrible! This place is for people with Bad Credit or Bad Backgrounds!! You will be a prisoner in your own home!! You can not invite anyone over because the bugs are so so so sooooo bad!! I can not stress it enough!! These apartments should be torn down! No place to call home! Its disgusting its not worth
