My elderly fiend referred me to move here, I was most grateful to be allowed to move in and we love it here. But after moving in, I have noticed that there seems to be excessive number of cars parked in the parking area of my building. Sometimes I can't find a space near my building and have to park at another building. I also notice the security gates don't work most of the time and remain opened for 1-2 months at a time. I never did get a key fob and was told they were on back order then I was told the gates were going to be replaced and new key fobs would be issued. Still waiting. And my friend

I have a 92 yr old grandmother residing here and the elevator keeps going out stranding several elderly residents from being able to leave the floor of their apartment. They refuse to have it fix weekends at a time or properly replace it. I have taken steps to contact the proper city officials due to their lack of care for these people. They have no consideration for the elderly being stranded if something bad were to happen and leaving them with no chance of getting out of the building.

Thanksgiving day 2021 and elevator has been out since yesterday. Now I cannot visit my children and grandkids and bring the Thanksgiving turkey. Elevator is out constantly and no one responds. No answer at office and no return call when you leave a message. Maintenance request is a joke. If you can’t climb stairs beware!!!

Don't move here they may look nice but it's been horrible as a resident. Management is offer Dedra the manager has one of the worst attitudes they don't fix any work order's I have work order's that hasn't been fixed since residing here. I wouldn't recommend that you don't move here they don't treat the elderly horrible there's a lot of old mean white people with bad spirits all they care about is money if something goes out in the apartment they have created a whole list of what they expect for you to pay. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The property manager Detra Crenshaw doesn't care about the resident or the community. Elevators are constantly broken, residents are talked to like they are second class citizens. When things break, the management takes days to weeks before repairs are even looked at let alone fixed. Resident calls go un-responded to. Detra should not be in this line of business as she obviously can care less about her elderly residents.

This is a nice place but in an emergency no one helps not management or maintenance .
My Uncle was taken to the hospital and the EMT's had to break open the door , I called the office , emailed them several times and guess what NO CALL BACK AND DOOR IS STILL OPEN AND BROKE . ANYONE CAN GET INTO THE APARTMENT AND STEAL BUY DOES MANAGEMENT CARE NO NO NO, I called the emergency maintenance and Jesus called right back . this is a shame that emails and phone calls to management went UNANSWERED FOR OVER 2 WEEKS .

Started working with Maria, the asst apt mgr to get my mom on property there. She is very helpful and patient in answering ALL my questions (and believe me I had a lot of them). My mom has moved in and is happy with the apt and the floor plan. She is also happy to know there is a shuttle and on-site activities that she can take part in.
