The price on Zelle was from $417-$450. When I got there and show the email to the black lady, she said that it was correct but didn't had any open apartments at the moment, but maybe in December. As she was taking my information she told me that for a studio the price was $1075. What ever happened to $417. This is a HUGE misleading on their part or I am being discriminated because I'm Latino? I have seen this so many times here in Texas.

Do not move here unless you want to hear the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night/ early morning. Especially if you have a baby. the alarm went off about 5x this morning and it’s only 9Am. this isn’t the first time either. also the pool is never open because they’re always “ working on it “ summer is almost over and the pool just now opened. save yourself the time and disappointment and go somewhere else

This is absolutely the best apartment complex that we have ever lived in and we have no plans to go anywhere else. My family and I attend First Baptist Church of Garland and we saw this apartment complex being built and we knew right away that it was where God was going to place us, eventually. We went down and got on the waiting list but when it was time for us to move they did not have an opening, at least they did not at the time. After a long process of searching for the right apartment that accepts Section 8 vouchers we had settled on another apartment that we were not happy with. Then right

How do I start?? I usually don't write reviews
The management is very miscommunicating, my boyfriend and I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks to get approval. Which we ended up getting denied with a denial letter, when both of us have no background issues!!!. Not to mention they're phone always ridiculously goes to voicemail. I think they are just there for money.
If you're thinking about moving here. DON'T!!! Do yourselves a favor and save you time, money, and go somewhere else!!

I didn't end up movie here, but I kind if wish I did. Would have been nice to be the the first person to live in the brand new the unit I was shown. The part I liked most that Hope, the property manager, showed me was the brand new gym equipment they have. She was very easy to talk to, and very professional. For what its worth, I dont even know my current property managers name.

I moved in a few months ago in May and I love my new apartment! This is a new complex and yes I’ve been met with a few challenges because of areas they were still trying to get completed, but the staff here have been so nice and have followed through on all of the issues I’ve had and by the way a couple of them were probably operator error. Hope, the property manager, and her staff are wonderful! Thanks to Hope, she helped me choose the perfect place for me!

This place is Amazing and is a Great place to stay. So beautiful on the inside and out! Don’t mind the construction! They’re only making it better!
Each and every member in the leasing office is so friendly and co-operative. Especially Tania she has worked with me every step of the way no matter what I needed in order to have me moved in!
The Maintenance staff is just superb and complete every single request at the fastest time, great service.
I recommend this place to everyone, Thank You so much City Square Lofts! Looking forward to such a great experience!

My wife and I just moved in and we’re super excited to live at a brand new property. Hope was super sweet and helpful answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything needed in order to have a seamless move(even when my wife asked the same questions 8 times). Tanya went over all of our paperwork with us and again made sure we felt welcomed. I definitely hope we don’t move anytime soon!
