Critical: Professionalism, Quality
This is the worst place to live at. The apartment is so old. Rain comes into livingroom/bedroom through the window. We told them to fix it so many times but they never do. Every time it rains we, we end up with lot of rain water inside. I’m not the only one with this problem lots of my neighbors had the same issue.

Making money of towing cars without any notices or emails. Horrible trashes. Staffs is the worst. Never answers phone calls, they don't even care to fix anything. It's not a luxury apartment, every cabinet in the kitchen are old and broken, rain leaked in the room. With the same amount of money you can rent somewhere else better!

No water pressure, rats outside, mice coming in through holes we've asked to be repaired repeatedly, brown water backing up in bathroom sink-pouring Draino weekly to keep water going down, no garbage disposal in our particular unit, gap at bottom of front door, trash constantly left by workers repairing broken pipes, filling up trash bins with old furniture, satellite dishes, followed by messages telling us not to put our trash next to dumpsters they're filling up, HUGE water bills over $100 for 2 bedroom Neighbors-10, management company -20

I’ve lived here since November 2018. I chose to live here for affordability & convenient location (close to my job). When I moved in the complex was under different management & to my understanding had some office staff turn over just before that. Reviews were mixed, more negative than positive. But I still chose to live here. First use of… washing machine led to major leak in laundry room/backing up to living room wall. Worst apartment complex! TERRIBLE customer service....this place is so filthy it honestly needs to be shut down or replaced. The living condition here is insanely disgusting. You’d think that during the crisis (COVID-19) they’d be more caring and kind towards their residents, nope! Please, find yourselves and your families a healthier place to live! This is a picture of their attempt to “fix” a leak that was putting a newborn baby, toddler, and child in danger. They literally just covered it with paint. How is this ok?

My family has been living there for about 3 years, they don't care about the tenants, they only care about your money. The apartments have mold and everything is old and outdated, all they do is cover of holes in the dry wall with tape. My sister had complained to them over and over to fix issues in the apartment and they just keep brushing it aside, she took pictures of how disgusting it is. The maintenance crew put super glue in the laptop wire charging port, very unprofessional management, horrendous looking apartments. Do not rent from this place, you will regret it. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR

My girlfriends apartment is getting the same run around from most of the truthful and awful complaints on here It’s ridiculous - also her microwave has insects crawling all over it and they told her that they can throw it away but they will not replace it !! Did the apartment come with a microwave yes or no?! Yes, it did so if you are not taking… care of the pest control correctly and there’s a family of them now living the microwave it is your responsibility to clean it up! This is a huge violation of Texas tenets law handbook, I am angry and can’t wait for her to stop

My vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. Asked around and neighbors vehicle has been stolen before as well. Looking forward to moving out and have been here less than 2 months. I never get a call back i always have to call myself 2 or 3 times. Not happy with paying rent for my vehicles to be unsafe. I havent received any cooperation for security videos to be sent to detective or to myself. Really sick of this place.

Staff is helpful and sweet.
Maintenance is good at response, for people complaining about them you do realize they have to go in order and do emergencies first. It’s common sense. But Again, I was explained this as well so maybe they weren’t.
I haven’t had any issues, stuff gets resolved in a timely manner and if I ever have issues or questions they are helpful and quick.
Pest control is good, if you keep your things clean you shouldn’t have a problem with them.
Overall good apartment complex. I found a house so I had to move but I would re leased if I could. :)

The location is great. Rent is reasonable. Maintenance is good when needed. The front of the complex looks beautiful ... but the back area is a hairy armpit! Trash is every where and no landscaping! Neighbors are allowed to pile junk on patios and around entryways, and have loud, drinking parties outside on stairs till 4am! Pool isn't open half of the time in the summer. Cars get broken into, stripped. This is a great place to live if you like this type of environment. Otherwise BEWARE!! Still waiting for new management to make some significant improvements other than the kids playground and dog
