Hello my name is Mason. My experience at the victor apartments was outstanding. The reason my experience was outstanding is because this was my husband and I’s first apartment on our own together and the management team at the Victor apartments made it as smooth as possible. One person I would like to give recognition to is Brittney she always was there when I needed her and she always answered all my phone calls when I had questions. I will definitely be renewing my lease with them. Thank you Victor team.

I honestly wouldn’t even give this place a rate. Only reason why I gave a 1 star is because I am grateful that I have a roof over my head but for the price I pay in these apartments is so not worth it. Maintenance here is horrible. They take so long to come and fix something. Sometimes they don’t even fix it when you put in a request. They’ll just put down as “complete” in your request. Management has poor communication with each other and also with their residence. If you plan on just throwing away your money…this would be the place to be.

First of all, I don't know why they think they can get off charging what they do for these apartments. They're going to raise my rent and have flat out refused to fix the bathtubs that were broken, chipped, and not draining properly since before we moved in. We were promised new appliances but the washer and dryer are outdated and haven't worked well since we moved in. Not to mention the on-site maintenence man waking me up late at night with his loud, trash music.
I miss the old managers. I could live with all of what I listed above with no complaints if they weren't planning

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. My son and roommate were not even given 24 hour notice of a move in date, after dozens of calls over previous weeks trying to confirm a date. They were also told the were guaranteed a 2 bed/2 bath, that’s not what they received. Then parking spaces were assigned, my sons car was towed the second day. He went into the office to ask and they said he was parked in the wrong space. He pulled out the paper of assigned spaces, they said oh well we made a mistake. You still have to pay impound fees, $390. No offer to credit account. I’ve been calling

I wouldn't recommend moving here. There are many things wrong about these apartments and you seem to find something new everyday. For starters were told the apartment was "clean" before we moved in when we got to the apartment it was FAR from that. I had messaged management about having someone come clean the place because clearly it had been not and I got no response. We were missing two doors in our apartment (you can see in the pictures) and they claimed they were move in ready? Our fridge didn't even work the first day and we had to get it replaced so how was it move in

I have lived here for going on 4 years now, and it's not anyway a great place to live or to mingle with most people in the complex! There's more trouble regarding violence and this past week 2 separate shootings where one died and the other one after being found bleeding wouldn't disclose what happened! I’ve tried to contact their office so many times to see what is available but I’ve gotten no response. The friend I’m looking to roommate with has called so many times and haven’t gotten a single response. This is insane. The listings on apartment.com are updated but yet fail to communicate to those looking to live in the complex. Absolute absurdity.

The management at these apartments are horrible and so is the company that owns them. I was visiting a friend there and I came out to find my truck was towed away. I went to the office and they stated they do not call the tow company that the residents do. I stated that I was parked In an open stall that was not marked with any kind of sign. The gentlemen that I was talking to stated that residents can purchase open stalls. Which is fine but they should put up a sign stating so. Rule that says your not allowed to park inside the gates without up to date registration. Car is currently having smog issues so it takes awhile to resolve. Contacted apartments for days and finally received a call back day of TOW DAY (7/19/21) by then I had already parked on the street not knowing if they would tow at midnight or anytime early morning. Sadly both towing company and apartments don't know who originated this rule and coming to check on my car in the morning, I noticed an envelope containing a ticket from the city for tags. Every review on is pretty much accurate. Think of a “D. All of the above” answer. I have lived in some pretty sketch areas in my life and this place doesn’t even come close to being awful. The living conditions are HORRIBLE!
1. The dumpsters are always over flowing leading to pests living in the complex
2. During the winter, the water heater couldn't keep up so the water reached 75 degrees max
3. The bathroom is clearly rotting behind the tub. No amount of bleach or scrubbing could help stop it
4. Cops constantly being called because people who don't even live there are fighting

Do not move in these apartments. Everything the person said above me is true! I recently moved in and I’m moving out next year when my lease is up. The management always changes, the office is unorganized and unprofessional. They don’t answer phone calls nor answer you question and care for your concerns. Josh for one, will laugh in your face and will do absolutely nothing . Two weeks ago the maintenance man came to fix a couple things of my apartment that wasn’t working. I've wanted to like living here since it's more on the expensive side but I can't. They have improved in some ways, there's less trash on the floor and a night security but it's not worth staying here with the amount of crime in the area. Within the past few months I've seen an increase in helicopters, police, shootings, and deaths in the area don't get me wrong it's Fresno. Not to mention my girlfriends car and my truck have been broken into a handful of times while in the parking lot. This time with a screw driver in my ignition...The gate is always open

My husband and I lived here for 8 months and the first day we moved in we had to park our car outside since we did not have assigned parking. It got stolen. Then we got assigned parking and our car got stolen recently, AGAIN only this time it was inside the apartments. You get charged for parking which I don't agree with because we live here. The apartments are deceiving on their website, the first day we moved in we found the closet had a hole in the door, broken towel hanger, the door does not shut very well for the bathroom, etc. Each day you find something wrong with the apartments. This place is absolutely terrible. Management is terrible. Have called several times because there's mold they always say the manger will get back to me and they never do. They had my apartment down as vacant so I wasn't receiving mail even though I was paying rent. Please do not move here if you can help it. Look elsewhere! If I could give zero stars I would.

I was a resident here for 2 years and the overall experience was not good. Before it was the Victor Apartments, it was Campus Edge, and when the Victor apartments took over, they placed a notice on everyone's door saying that we needed to prepare to have our apartments bombed for roaches. So, my roommate and I spent all day emptying everything out and moving furniture, but a few days went by and nobody ever came to exterminate our apartment. The Victor's excuse for this was that they were "Too busy moving students in." Then they also increased the rent and parking fees for everyone

If you are looking for a place to live.. Do yourself a favor and don't even tour this place. The apartments have cheap appliances and they definitely have a pest problem. This is also the worst management I have ever seen. They couldn't care less about the residents and they never complete maintenance requests. It's all a show and it looks nothing like the pictures posted. They are disrespectful of peoples property and they have lied to my face many times about where my belongings have gone and tried to act like it was my fault.
