Only complaints I really have is management and bed bugs. So incredibly rude that I dread having to talk to them. Very cold and negative vibes all around especially from blondie. The original management with Elle was incredible she was so sweet and helpful. I feel like current management dislikes the residents here for whatever reason. Many people have shared their bad experiences with me too. And the bed bugs are just awful and took months to get rid of.

Always has bed bugs and they go the cheap and dangerous route by getting exterminators to use toxins to kill them instead of heat; either elevator, water, or electricity is out and needed to get fixed. They up charge on rooms and act like since utilities are included we are getting a deal; even though utilities are constantly needed fixing. Don’t fall for the trap. If they was the business then the market would say so and they wouldn’t always have vacancy.

Very disappointed with application process. Staff person and manager could not explain how applicant's income was calculated for the year (simply denied the application and said the information was deleted). Both were defensive and rude when questioned. I would not recommend this place if the application process is any indication of how tenants are treated.

I would give this place a zero if I could, but sadly it made me give at least one star. The management is awful. They do not care to help anyone out especially if you meet the requirements to live there. The supervisor and workers are rude and disrespectful. This is the last place I would want to live even if I could live here for free.

Great place to live! Absolutely wonderful staff running the Ridpath apartments now especially the security guard "hey Carl good job👍👍,I have great neibors,it's clean and couldn't be in a better location! I'm sure not all past experiences are as great as mine but the team they have now cannot be beat I hear stories how it use to be nothing like it is now every single issue I've ever had is promptly addressed by management. I have a great view, fast WiFi,good hot strong water pressure in a secure historic building located right downtown what's not to love.it would be five star but nobody gets

The apartments have constant bed bug issues. They use pest control when they know the only effective way to treat them is with heat. My friends neighbor keeps being bed bugs and they go into his apartment. 1/3 if the building hasn’t paid rent in a year. Constant drug use. If that’s your thing by all means rent away….

Appreciate all the extra help and care from everyone at the Ridpath. I had several difficult months of not being able to pay rent and they helped me find agencies to help pay while I was unemployed. Add to the fact that they arranged for free meals and food to be delivered to tenants along with free masks, I was very humbled by their help during my time of need. Your help gave me what I needed until I found my new job. Thank you for a great place to stay and for doing all the other extra things.
