Great place to rent, clean, beautiful view of the river. Apt Manager Chelse is awesome, great to have her as the manager!

My goodness! Went to visit a friend and the trash was overflowing. The interior was okay, not great, and I am surprised by the monthly rental rates. The neighborhood would be nice, but this unkempt property seems to attract some vagrants.

Management and maintenance are great, I would give them 5 stars. However, the owners refuse to get a new trash dumpster so I get a view a big pile of of trash from my window most days, especially Sunday’s. The current compactor is way too small.

Really nice quality apartments, the main critique for me would be getting a response from the maintenance team in a timely manner. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to, again my only real problem is getting simple fixes done within a relatively quick time frame.

The management staff is great. And they really overhauled the place this year with the renovations they did. The only reasons I don't give 5 stars are somewhat shoddy carpentry in the kitchen, and the main issue I dealt with this year. The trees in the parking lot are infested with asian stink bugs. (An invasive species) and the shoddy carpentry extends to the windows, so the stink bugs can squeeze in through the cracks, even if your window is closed! I plan to bring this to the manager's attention before the spring.

Newly renovated, staff is great and easy to get in contact with. Looks and feels nicer, more enjoyable to home too. Location is good for me since it’s close to work and the things I enjoy. Price isn’t bad, I’m used to paying $1500 for a one bedroom so $950 is a steal to me.

A bit overpriced, and its hard to get any communication back from the management team. They are nice when you can get a response. Best bet is to just go into the office face to face. The remodel is decent but their could be more hallway lighting. The trash compactor leaves much to be desired trash will pile up on the weekends as residents are not to actually compact the trash (insurance thing I guess) and staff who are able too are off shift. I do love the location right on the river and close to the MAC. However unless prices drop I probably won't renew for the reasons above. (Also full disclosure

Great management, they are very understanding especially in these hard times, a little too pricy for what's offered, but as they remodel I'm sure you'll eventually get more bang for your buck. Plumbing is okay, heatings great. My only true complaint is the garbage compactor not working/being too full nd garbage being piled up in the parking lot

I'm going to have to confirm the previous coments about avenue 5...they are an evil greedy corporate entity as a whole.....that said some of the avenue 5 employees are amazing!!! Especially the maintenance technician that used to work for webb...he will do whatever he can to help you out but the higher management is courupt and greedy. We finnaly had a real maintenance department that was ran by an amazing manager who did everything e could to bring the building into this decade and fixing things and upgrade the entire building and as soon as it was finished they fired the maintenance manager and
