My parents live there. On the 3rd floor.. Both my mom and dad have health issues and were promised a main level apartment a month or two into renting and sadly the management lied to them.
They've been there for over 3 years and have yet to even b offered a different apt.
There's swat there all the time a refugee lady lit one of the apt
On fire with a cigarette thrown in a pile of leaves..it RUINED ALMOST THE ENTIRE THIRD FLOOR OF THAT BLDG.
THANK HEAVENS. IT WASNT THE ONE MY FAMILY LIVES IN. THE PARKING SPACES ARE TOO small and getting out to leave is a five turn affair . just completely a

Great apartment, reasonable rent and a good manager who keeps the property clean and safe is all you could ask.
Have had old appliances die of old age and they have been replaced within one or two days.
This is supposed to be a non-smoking apartment complex, inside and out, but the manager does not enforce that.

We lived on the first floor for six months in 2018. We had a month to month lease which was what we wanted since we were house shopping and wanted to be able to leave. The price was good and the space was good (2 bed/1 bath) We also had a slider door out to a grassy area where we could sit outside and relax. It was fairly quiet for the most part. The ceilings are very thin and so your experience can differ based on who lives above you. Unfortunately there were like 3-4 kids above us. The mom tried hard to keep them under control but it could get noisy. If you need to sleep during the day I would

I lived at the Sunset Hill Apartments for a little over three years. I absolutely loved the location of the apartments. The dog park is just around the corner, the river is a quick two minute drive down the road. takes 10 mins to get to the south hill, North side, and downtown! James is an awesome manager, super friendly and helpful!

For the price you can't beat this location. Though the building was built in the 70s, the management does a great job keeping the place up. They also have updated all the apts and continue to update the ones they haven't as people move out. In my apt i have nice slot board floor in the kitchen and bathroom that is a breeze to clean. Also my carpet is almost brand new as well (only 1 other tennant before with updates). I also have all new appliances that work great. The best upgrade is the fact they have put double pane/energy saving windows. Lots of the other places this old i looked at still had
