Very clean and quiet. Management was very responsive to any issues. I had to break my lease and move out of state. As soon as the new tenant signed and moved in, I was refunded my security deposit after the application cleaning charges, which were reasonable and spelled out in the lease.

I was looking for a one bedroom apartment when I called the manager was very informative about the property. She was very pleasant and polite. She didn’t have any one bedroom apartments available but could show me a two bedroom the units are very well maintained the property was beautiful and well kept.

Couldn't keep a manager. Went through 3 in a year. Then after we left the Black Realty company that manages it couldn't get us our deposit back in a reasonable amount of time. We were not charged anything but carpet cleaning. The apartment was left in perfect shape. They just couldn't seem to mail our refund. It wasn't until I explained Washington's law regarding deposits and caught them in a lie that they decided to get us our refund in haste. Try to avoid Black Realty managed properties. They don't have a clue.
