I really enjoyed my time living at Riverton Lofts. My neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful to me. The area is dog friendly with two locations to help residents pick up after their dogs and a bathing facility. You are also close to the centennial trail if you like to walk or bike. The staff was always nice and ready to assist me with anything that I needed.
My unit was spacious enough to have guests over and entertain. The unit had up-to-date appliances and in home washer and dryer for your convenience. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a good home. Riverview Lofts are the perfect balance between a high-end lifestyle and easy-going vibes.

My whole experience with Riverview Lofts has been exemplary: from the online tour of my new home, quick application process, to the prompt, incredibly helpful and thoughtful attention from my leasing agent, Payten.
The property sells itself, but those extra little details for someone looking for a home long distance, makes a usually stressful ordeal much more enjoyable.

The apartment itself is spacious, modern and has all the wonderful amenities that should be included equivalent with the rental rate. The real game changer for us has been the staff. Whenever there is an issue it is resolved in a timely manner without any hassle. Savannah and Logan have been outstanding!!

RENTERS BEWARE… This apartment complex will charge you an arm and a leg for every little ding and scratch in your apartment. So if you want your deposit back forget about it because they are going to charge you extra money for every single little detail! My totaled 1450.00. Not worth the prices they charge for these apartments. I would definitely explore better options in this city before signing a lease with them. You’ve been warned

Well I can say that I have not even lived there, but in dealing with just trying to get an apartment there I would now not ever move there. I have been trying to deal with finding an apartment online. It is very confusing. You don't know who you are really signing up with. Apparently I filled out an application that they don't even get and I was told to contact that company to get my money back. When I expressed that this was confusing and that I had issues with contacting them as soon as they put out a notice of something available due to my work she told me to talk to my boss about that.
