The property is poorly managed from the owners to the management on site! Maintenance requests are ignored or poorly completed. The complex is located in a nice area and it is one of the smallest complexes in Fayetteville but for some reason the grounds are not being kept up with nor are the very few amenities available to us. The pool is either shut down or unsanitary. We get charged for monthly pest control but no one comes to spray. To make matters worse, the smell of illegal substances comes through the vents. I would recommend staying away from this place!

Don’t waste your money, because I wish I didn’t. I completely regret staying here... for one, maintenance man does not know what he’s doing. He has came and tried fix things but clearly doesn’t know how too. I have had problems with my carpet, for example water issues and yet no immediate care. I’ve had a problem where they neglect to inform me when I had a flood in my apartment and come home to carpet ripped up, furniture everywhere, then proceeded to tell me “oh there was a flood” after the fact. Pool is constantly filled with people that don’t live there, and trash cans are overfilled

Moved in about 6-7 months ago and it just went down hill. One, the maintenance man does not know what he’s doing. He doesn’t do the job fully. When I notice stuff that he’s messed up in he will act like he doesn’t understand English when he does. The managers have changed basically every month. The rent and pet deposit was at an okay price. But now that I’ve been saving for a dog I can’t afford it because it’s been bumped up to $400. It’s outrageous. Why? Nothing gets fixed they say it should be the first time around. I can’t have my dog. And the pool, when it does open, will

To be honest I have been living in this apartment complex for over 3 years. I love it nice and quiet, its a great place to live. The management is awesome they will assist help in every way possible they can. If you have a problem maintenance is very quick to accomplish your issue that you have. Overall its a great community and I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone

Well this was a great place to live. Notice, I said WAS. It seems as anything goes, no play ground for the kids, kids from all the surrounding neighborhoods swim in the pool and it’s not gated. Anyone can bring there trash to the dumpsters and put furniture at the dumpsters. There isn’t no security because he’s never around. Cars have been broken into, and the pool is the only one I know around that closes at 8. But, the one thing I can say good is I have awesome neighbors.
