I've lived there almost a year I have always worked with me whether it was needing repairs or if I was going to be late on rent. They are very friendly and always have some cool things going on for the tenants. They have everything from pool parties to movie night so even making your own ice cream sundaes. Plus they are close to Fort Bragg and downtown.

I am a current resident of Willow Run Apartments, I must say that Portia and Wendy are the best part of management❤️, as well as the maintenance men. They all work together to make sure the tenants are taken care of by hosting events like tye dye day and even sundae fun day, myself and my children try to attend most of the events held and we have a blast every time. I love the location of my apartment I sit directly on the hill and am able to lookout of my patio door and enjoy the view. I would love to give more stars but only 5 are allowed so here are more 👉🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called applied and got approved within a day or so with nothing but excellent service because I know o was mess calling back and forth with a lot of question and I spoke with Portia and that lady right there was an absolute angel she answered my questions with ease and great explanations as to my next moves and with me being a first a time renter. I can not wait to officially move in in a couple days.

This place would have been a perfect location for my husband and I. All was going well until you have to interact with the staff in office. It was a constant struggle to get accurate information, constant struggle to get promised emails of required paperwork. We would call and leave voicemails but no return calls for days. We ended up having to show up at office on multiple occasions to get any attention since phone calls are never returned. They claimed they did send the required info via email but come to find out, they had errors in our email address. The email address was correct on the applications
