Household amenities include an electric range with a self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerators with ice makers, washer and dryer sets, huge walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and a private patio that flow into green space.

With you in mind, Tartan Place provides a myriad of amenities, including a pet park and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, available to residents living in one of our two-bedroom apartments. Plus, you can't go wrong with a relaxing swimming pool right on the premises!
You will see a variety of hardwood trees, and frogs and turtles are a common sight near the path. Dogs are allowed but must be leashed. The trail is open 8 a.m. to dusk. The Museum of the Cape Fear is a museum for the history and culture of North Carolina. It was established in 1988 by the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR).

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $1300. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. If I am part of the military and receive deployment or reassignment orders, can I break the lease?.

I came in on a Monday checking the availability of upcoming apartments. However, the woman at the front desk looked miserable and her customer service voice was over the top. She was short with me and treated me as if I was a child. I do not usually leave reviews, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
