If I could rate it less than one star I would. I would recommend you wasting your money. You get absolute zero privacy. They watch you 24/7. There is always something wrong with the appartements. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you are alone and don’t plan on having a family then this is the place for you. They are not family friendly. Every five seconds there is a kid getting yelled at just for playing. They say they record your children without permission and threaten kids saying they will get in trouble.

I Had Mold In My Apartment Due To Neglect Of The Property And Told Melissa About My A/C Not Working Correctly Before The Issue Of A Water Leak Got Out Of Control.When It Was Ignored I Had No Other Choice But Buy A Shop Vac To Keep The Drip Pan Dry To Keep A/C Working Property Because Of Melissa Doing Sending Maintenance To My Unit.

I truly love living here. I've lived here for a year and a half and it has been peaceful and the property is kept well. Maintenance has responded quickly everytime I've put in a work order. The people in the office is so pleasant. No matter what problem you may have Melissa from the office seems to always work it out for you. And they always have something doing on for the children. A nice little way to get the community together. If you are looking for a peaceful, family oriented, community, this is the one.

I love the atmosphere as soon as I walked into see about the apartments! I was greeted with so much love! It felt like I was at home already. There was a young lady that worked there, her name is Melissa and she was great from start to finish! She kept it real with me about everything like trying to leave out to go back on to Cliffdale road could be a hassle but I didn’t mind because this is a great place and my first place to myself and she was very accommodating! I couldn’t say no. The maintenance team are very timely when needed. I thoroughly enjoy this place!

Living at Legacy Cross Creek in Fayetteville NC was the most blessed experience and it is a great location to everything!. It's awesome to know that there are still developments that care about their residents safety and peaceful environment. The amenities are countless and the complex is beyond well cared for. I love it here!!! I have lived here before for 2 years, and upon my return to Fort Bragg, I rented someplace else... BIG mistake... I couldn't wait to get back in these apartments! The office staff personnel are amazing, professional... and seem to care about the Residents... the maintenance staff are awesome, too... anything I need is promptly taken care of... they return and return, until whatever it is meets my approval. Of course, there is normal wear and tear... what apartments don't have any, unless they are brand spanking new! If that's what you expect, then go rent a brand spanking new
