After intense studies, Here's a whole other positive benefit and reason to come to HOT yoga at The Yoga Factory! Infrared heaters convert light directly to heat, warming nearby objects without raising the air temperature. This allows a student in an infrared class to absorb heat while the surrounding air does not.
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word meaning "to place in a special way". In this style of yoga the poses are interconnected - or placed together using breath and movement to create a dynamic flow. Our Hot Vinyasa Flow class uses external heat and humidity to safely go deeper into the postures. Students will be guided through the Factory Flow, a dynamic yoga sequence that will warm up the body with a diverse range of poses providing a complete practice.

Not very welcoming. I attended 2 classes, the first was good but the second time one of the teachers made a sarcastic comment about the fact that I was not in the right spot (by the wall) at the beginning of the class. Granted, it was my first class and she gave zero indications of what to do or where to be…None of the other students told me I had to move from the center of the classroom. I should have left but I stayed. Did not go back and found a more professional and welcoming yoga studio.

I always feel leaving refreshed and relaxed and loved. Every time I come take a class at Yoga Factory I've become better and better. The instructors are amazing… Amanda is great at guiding you through your moves and positions especially if you don't know them. I highly recommend this experience… Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Let me start off that I personally enjoyed all the yoga classes, the instructors were amazing, all so sweet and I always learned something new. Unfortunately, after my three month of having an unlimited membership, I call to cancel as told I could, after my three months. Myself, my sister and moms membership. A lady called Jaime answers the phone with a disgusting attitude. I am in complete shock on how a worker can treat a customer so disgustingly. she even hung up on me. I wish i could’ve recorded the call. It’s sad I still wanted to continue going to this factory just individual classes

My experience with this place has been very unprofessional based on the customer service. I visited the place with my friend who wanted me to try yoga since she thought she had a guest for the month and it ended up “not being possible” the girl that was at the front desk couldn’t care less about explaining me the options I had for a future membership, whatever, we paid the class and left, a week after I decide to get the Groupon trial for a month (because that’s enough time to see if it’s something you’ll actually like and make time for), today same girl rudely received us without even

My wife has been doing yoga for at least 15 years. She has been to many studios and is now practicing only at yoga factory in Weston, since the day it opened. She has told me that it is the best studio she has ever practiced in, especially due to the exceptional infrared ceiling heaters that create the best hot yoga experience possible. Although here is also a non heated room for those who don’t prefer the hot experience, this is primarily a hot yoga room for those who love this experience. She has never once come home and told me it was too hot to handle. She said ALL the teachers are exceptional

I first discovered this studio when coming to visit my parents in Plantation last summer. I was on the plane when the gentleman next to me learnt of my destination, saw my yoga mat, and referred me to Yoga Factory as a MUST for South Florida Yoga. I loved it then and I love it now. It takes your practice to the next level, and the heat feels oh so good. The sweat factor is so satisfying, and I feel a deep connection to the space itself as well as the teachers. Yoga Factory is my favorite yoga studio for SOO many reasons! First, the staff is literally like family to all of their students and they are authentic and truly care about my well being. The infrared is truly the best there is, SOO many health and weightloss benefits! Then, the yoga is super amazing! I love Christine Lewis, Amanda White & Sean Greentree and cannot wait to try the other teachers! I always leave in such a heavenly blissed out state AND they take such good care of my mini while I am filling my love tank!

I went to YF for the first time in November of 2018. I’ve always been an athlete and very much into exercising, but zero experience with yoga. This was an intimidating venture. From the second I entered the facility felt very comfortable. I was offered a special trial for one month of unlimited Yoga. I have absolutely fallen in love with The Yoga Factory. Every instructor is unique and highly knowledgeable of their practice. I highly recommend this studio. Lori Scott, the owner and will take great care of you! 🙏🏽 amazing gift to anyone!

A wonderful studio with fantastic teachers. I love the industrial aesthetic, and all of the staff are warm and inviting. I take classes several times a week with Christine, Howard, and Sean, all of whom are absolutely amazing at their craft. I’ve also taken classes with both of the Brittany(s) who are equally amazing, and I would take more if I could.

If you have ever contemplated giving yoga a try but have had reservations please come to Yoga Factory. The Staff is genuine, kind and compassionate. The minute you enter the studio you can sense the welcoming vibe that will put you at ease and any sense of self consciousness goes away. The instructors all have something unique to offer and each has their own style which I love. However one thing is clearly evident, while they may vary in their teachings, they ALL care about their students and they enjoy sharing their love for yoga with those who attend their class.
