My son checked into his apartment for the first time January 7, 2022. When I made out the lease early December 2021, I advised the staff that he would be moving in on January 6st, I was told that’s great it would give them more than enough time to clean the apartment. Upon entering the apartment on January 7th giving the staff an extra day to clean the apartment it was obvious that this apartment had not been cleaned the toilet was filthy, the floors and couch were dirty and the bathroom vanity light was blown out. I must say this was a terrible first day. And by January 28th his bicycle was

DONT LIVE HERE!!! BIGGEST SCAM OF ALL TIME! We haven’t had A/C for 4 months. We have put in countless maintenance orders. No response. The people in the office are useless, might as well just be talking to a wall. If you order a package there’s a 50% chance you will never be seeing that package. Elevators were broken for weeks. Had to walk up 13 floors multiple times a day for weeks. The hallways are always filled with garbage, gyms are disgusting, pool never gets cleaned. Everything they advertise on their website is false. The owner of Sol y Luna is “Nelson Partners” and they are going

My name is Prada. All 4 Elevators have been broken for a week now leaving me forced to walk up 14x2=28 flights of stairs just to get up to my apartment. And down 28 flights to get back to the lobby. This should be illegal. What about disabled people? And who knows when they will fix it. My legs will look even nicer than they already do (how is that even possible) And they don't ever answer phone calls, and they make up their own hours. Just last week there was 10+ people waiting outside the office at 10:28 when they were supposed to open at 10 am. The leasing office is closed 80% of the time which

I have lived in this complex for 2 years now. The first year was fine, not great but no major complaints so we decided to resign. Biggest mistake. This fall semester 1 of the 4 elevators broke which was annoying but fine. Then 2 more broke leaving the 14 floor building with 1 elevator for everyone to use. Not long after that the last elevator broke. They had someone fix it but as they do with everything that’s broken it was just a quick bandage repair that only lasted 2 hours. So now the building has no elevators and nobody has said a thing about when it will be fixed leaving everyone to take

I have been a resident of Luna for 4 years now. With each year the management gets worse. Today is the 4th day the elevators have been down and as someone who lives on the 14th floor, it is not okay. I have recently had surgery and can't comfortably get food, supplies, or walk my dog without being in excruciating pain and almost passing out. On top of this all, my air conditioning has been broken for days, as well as the pool leaking into my living room for upwards of 3 years. There is also a rancid odor that leaks out a spare bathroom in my apartment which has been "repaired"

I was skeptical after reading the recent reviews, but apparently everyone wants to live at Sol y Luna so my roomie & I decided to tour to see for ourselves. We toured Both communities, and they were so clean!! The front offices and amenities are gorgeous. Alana was knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. We signed & we can’t wait to get our IG pics on the rooftop pools!!!

My daughter has told me nothing but horror stories since she moved in, but recently there has been a change in Management and she is loving her apartment at Luna! The front office staff, especially Alana and Anndrea, are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The new Property Manager, Noelle, introduced herself and assured us that the team is there to help with anything we might need. Very happy with this change.

DO NOT SIGN HERE. This apartment refuses to remedy the countless issues that WILL take a toll on your day to day activities. I have been a resident for two years and have observed the comparison of Sol versus the other apartments.
The most frustrating thing to deal with is the mail. The packages are kept out all around the leasing office for anyone to grab. The staff hardly ever finds your package in under 30 minutes. The office in sol is completely useless unless you hound the office with calls. Sol does not have any form of a front desk staff and the staff in Luna will make you walk all the

Me and my friend are going to be a freshman at UA & I was super nervous about apartment hunting for the first time. Noelle gave us a tour of both Sol y Luna, asked us about our needs and preferences, and made us feel so welcome. She was also super helpful and responsive to my million questions. Everything was immaculately clean & you need a FOB to access every single entry way, even the elevators. This is huge to us as two small girls. The whole process was a breeze! Melissa also helped to find me the PERFECT dream apartment that checked all of our boxes! Me & my roomie are lit for our first year

We have had an interesting experience here. Last year during Covid, the pool and gym were closed for "health" reasons. However, this year we noticed that our air conditioning was smelling funky. This is what our air filter looked like after being cleaned for the first time probably ever. Not acceptable. We have been breathing in this air for two years, even more so last year when everything was closed. But, good thing our rent is so high!

The apartments are tiny and ridiculously overpriced. The office loses your packages and the elevators are always broken. Parking is not enforced at all and I’m paying $130/month for a spot that’s often taken by somebody else. Recently, there was somebody else parked in my spot for over two weeks and the office wouldn’t tow them. I’m trying to leave ASAP but there is no option to break the lease.

Terrible experience. My daughter lived in Sol last year. While an ideal location and what looked to be a nice apartment complex with a ton of amenities, it was miserable and a huge waste of money.
Management and security are non-existent. Locked out of room on move-in day - the key we were given didn't work. Several calls and trips down to the only desk that had anyone at it was in Luna - a neighboring apartment. No help for at least 4 hours. Finally, someone walked up with us and used the master key to unlock the room. A simple fix that could have been handled hours earlier.

Management is not good, you will get fined for literally anything- don't care about their residents. Floors are Dirty, smells, walls are peeling gross, pool is broken. ABSOLUTELY DISQUSTING . Cameras are broken so good luck trying to report anything to management they won't care anyways. The elevators are all broken, peed in, torn down, building catches on fire or floods at least twice a week. Anyone can enter the building by pulling the door open fobs aren't even necessary. No one cares about your personal well being etc. overpriced for what you get. Don't live here!!!!

Absolutely disgusting smells like piss, throw up, weed, beer, and homeless people droppings. Reasons not to stay at this dump; broken lights in the hallway, broken pool lights rooftop lights bathroom lights cameras are broken gym equipment is broken and scattered front entrance door broken stairwells smell like piss and weed. I can go on and on but avoid this place at all costs or it's gonna bring you many costs. All the floors are sticky and carpets are filled with dried yack. Fire alarms go off constantly and this place is a absolute nightmare, go stay at a motel 6 more luxury I promise

I’ve lived here for the last 3 years and I would advise everyone to stay clear from this property. The first two years were great, but once Nelson Partners took over, this property turned to complete trash. Management is incapable of helping with the smallest of tasks and are extremely rude and incompetent. Nelson Partners is literally bankrupt and is currently undergoing a lawsuit for scamming people! There was no cable for months. The pool water was green until they decided to drain the pool and close it for a majority of the year. There is supposed to be security at night but i guess that

I could probably write a dissertation-length piece of work on how much this places sucks. I had no hot water or water pressure for THREE WEEKS and literally not one imbecile from the office did ANYTHING. On multiple occurrences I have showed up to the Luna office DURING BUSINESS HOURS with NOBODY there??? When you call, you get a nice voice message about the beautiful amenities offered. They decided to renovate the sol pool during the hottest time of the year so that's been unable to use for months. Also, if you want to get a nice morning workout in, good luck- it opens at 10am. Ok buckle up....
No hot water (unless you want to take a shower in the middle of the night)
Front sliding doors of building never work (I have had to push them open from the inside)
If you live in sol don't think you can access the leasing office in Luna for any emergency because your key won't work.
Also the apartment door locks might run out of battery hopefully this won't happen to you on a weekend because no one will help you on the weekend.
Speaking of weekend try not to break anything on the weekends maintenance doesn't come on the weekend (even if your toilet is overflowing

Awful place to live, plenty of better options nearby. Terrible management, and people that work here are complete morons. Wifi is horrible, can barely even use the internet. Most of the "amenities" are not even available. The hot tub has been under maintenance for over a calendar year now. The gym is missing a ton of equipment and management makes no effort to keep it clean or organized. Worst part of all is how stupid all the people that work here are. Everyone is completely clueless and unable to help with anything.

It's a cliche, but if I could give them fewer stars, I would. I lived there for one hellish year and I wish I hadn't. I absolutely hate this place.
The internet is terrible and often doesn't work at all. I've been kicked off of more zoom calls than I care to mention and with so much being online - not good.
It is loud *all the time* with construction literally nonstop, loud vehicles, sirens, helicopters, planes from DMAFB and the airport, parties, people screaming in the hallways and courtyard, you can call security but they only respond about half the time. Usually the residents
