I have lived in the apartment for 5 years, I have loved it for a long time, the apartment is great, and in a great location. However NorthStar Management & Consulting Inc. recently took over the management of this property, which made us a little nervous as my wife has had previously poor experiences in a different apartment complex, but we were going to give it a chance and were thinking of signing a lease for another year. Well, our first experience with an issue was terrible, we have a bee infestation in our apartment, we called immediately and the manager came to see it, said he would call

The apartments are nice , so is management but you can hear EVERYTHING, don't move in here unless you want to hear crazy stomping all the time it's ridiculous! I can't wait till my lease is up so i can relax , you can hear ur neighbors conversation, and hear your upstairs neighbors dogs running around .

I'm a current resident at Casa Presidio. I have been living here for almost 2 1/2 years; and I have to say is one of the best apartment complexes in town! Very well maintained. Updated appliances and Washer and dryer in unit. The management is extremely professional and competent. Quiet and safe. I highly recommend Casa Presidio.

We love living at Casa Presidio. It's clean, well-maintained, and has great office management with people that actually care (a scarcity in the apartment rental business). It also has the perfect location on Fort Lowell too, just about 10 minutes from everything in Tucson. Check this place out, you won't regret living here, we haven't!

I have lived her for a year now and the management has been nothing but wonderful to me. The application process was so easy and they got me into an apartment right away. The apartments are really nice and spacious and the grounds and pool are always clean. Whenever I have an issue or need something done management has always helped me out very quickly and have always been understanding. I love living here!!!

These apartments are great. I've lived here for 2 months. Everything is modern, clean and updated. Spacious apartments. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym on the grounds. Washer and dryer provided in each apartment which is super convenient. I always feel safe and secure because it has gated entry as well as security cameras on the grounds. Allows pets which is amazing because I couldn't go anywhere without mine. Grounds and landscape are kept immaculate and presentable. On site maintenance and office. Property management is always friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood in a convenient location.

We lived here for a year and loved the place! The grounds, pool and exercise equipment are well maintained. I am a first time renter with 3 children and our experience here was great! Also, the area is close to a grocery store, Walgreens, laundromat (for washing blankets) and plenty of eateries. My children and I felt very safe here and made some great friendships with our neighbors. The maintenance/ground staff are courteous and friendly. The manager here is awesome...always helpful, courteous, and respectful. Truly felt like home!

We have lived here for over a year. It is a quiet community with the very infrequent parties getting loud late into the evening. The management is quick to handle situation if it gets too unruly. The apartments are spacious with washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of space to cook. Kitchen is open rather than the galley style so I can visit with company in the dining area while putting the final touches on a meal. The grounds are well maintained and the management is always looking for ways to improve the look of the grounds. Pool and jacuzzi is well maintained. There are areas to BBQ outside
