We are always happy to help! Yes, parking is available onsite for our visitors and residents. Visitors to our office can use the designated "office parking" spaces near the rental center while conducting business in our office. Resident parking include open unassigned or reserve a covered parking spot for only $20 a month.

I actually enjoyed living here for the time I was here, the walls are thin and I did have a neighbor calling the police on my almost every night for like 3-5 months because I was watching tv in my bedroom and she could hear it, but I just stopped answering the door and eventually everyone gave up. The only thing I can say is that you need to make sure to give them a 60 day notice to vacate, not 30 day. But the office people are absolutely nice and understanding, they take good care of their stuff, the property is extremely well taken care of. They even try to work with you even if you screw up

This complex looks nice but your rent will be significantly higher than quoted due to fees related to paying rent via credit card versus checks which they refuse to accept and then the water bill comes later in the month and you are required to pay the credit card processing fee a second time. Make sure to get all processing fees up front.

All of the appliances from the stove/fridge to the toilet are extremely old. The cabinets and floors as well. It would be nice if there were some upgrades to the apartments for the price you charge for rent. Seems pretty high for the area. The jacuzzi has also been broken for some time. Haven’t checked in the last week but the past few times we went to use it it was broken. No heat and the jets were messed up.

Staff are friendly and usually quick to respond to maintenance requests. They offer deposit waivers for service animals. It’s usually better to email staff than call. They don’t usually return messages if left. The walls are thin, but the apartments are maintained well and a lot nicer than what I’ve found elsewhere. I’ve had some noise disturbances, and they have responded quickly on my behalf. Overall, it’s a pretty good place to live.

Moved here summer of 2020 during a monsoon season and a pandemic. We were warmfully welcomed by Lesa with a small welcome basket packed with home essentials. For a spacious 650 SQ FT plus 1 bedroom equipped with central air and a balcony this was luxury for being our first apartment. Parking is plenty as well as amenities if you have family visiting. Neighborhood isn't perfect but you always see friendly people , dog walkers and delivery trucks. This complex is well located in Tucson Being just minutes from major attractions , restaurans movie theaters and more! Being from California (I hate California

Edit: it seems like this device is for a specific lock and not a danger to me. Other than this I love living here
The guy at the office Rodney is super nice. In a few months of living here I’ve had absolutely no issues. That said the only reason for my 3 star review is I just found this “smart key” labeled outside my door, which after googling is a lock picking device. Not cool. I can’t attach picture here but if you Google kwikset 20622 that’s the exact device I found. I will be going to management tomorrow with

This place was home for 8 months. I hated to leave and still have the address saved as home in my maps app. A wonderful community that I was proud to be a part of. A day into our cross country trip we were contemplating calling Rodney and saying we changed our minds and going back. Tucson and Riverpoint will be home in my heart for a long time.

I’ve lived at river point for 2 years and I have no complaints. Staff is friendly and most importantly, maintenance requests are competed so quickly!!! My AC went out on a 105 degree day and they were here within 5 minutes to replace the motor and AC was back up and running within 20 min. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
