I have lived here for 3 years and sadly I have to leave it. The manger is very friendly and helpful when it come to any questions or concerns you have. Location is amazing near coffee Luce and everything is accessible. Pet friendly, fast maintenance, and safe place

I'm a very experienced, and well traveled, tenant of many gentrified lofts and apartment complexes across the United States over the last several years.
In my experience, one of the most consistent and telling signs of a potential bad experience after move-in is a lack of responsiveness from the leasing office and staff, whether to an application, phone call or email.
I've applied yesterday, and have been attempting to reach them via phone for several days before my submission, as well as all day today, and nobody has been in the office (I get the same voicemail that says that they're not currently

Much like an earlier review, I had applied and was met with radio silence. Some weeks later I did finally get contacted. However, rather than an email or a phone call like one might expect, I simply got a text message from a non-AZ number only saying "we approved you to move in on x day..." No mention of who it was or what it was for.
How they think this is acceptable communication is beyond me -- finally over a month after the text I got an actual phone call with locations and names stated but I was well beyond interested at that point. I can't imagine how they are when dealing with actual tenants

Im moving as soon as possible. There are too many shady dealings going on between tenants and management .

Good location. Nice high ceilings which I love. Quiet pleasant neighbors so far. I do not love the industrial bar shelving which is a serious pain because it accommodates very little. And I can't get over the fact that they charge $10 to pay rent by card. It's 2020 and nobody pays by check anymore. $10 may not be a lot of money but it's ridiculous for a card processing fee. It's a nickel and dime maneuver and super annoying but the one time I used an e-check it couldn't "locate my account" and I owed bounce fees. So be aware of that.

This place is a joke and so is the office manager who is constantly nodding off during office hours and taking extended lunch breaks in tenants apartments. Hopefully she doesn't steal my rent again.

Brenda and bryon are the absolute best! A real dream team! Couldn't be more thrilled with my time there. Enjoyed the utilities being included with rent, even internet and cable is included!!! They are safe, quiet, and pest free! For all that you get and the incredible location you really cannot beat that price!

Super cute place! Electricity, cable and included. It's nice living downtown because you can walk to close by food, coffee and bars! The two people working there Brenda and Brian are super helpful and really nice people. I'm moving out because work is sending me overseas.

Bryon is on his game. I have never live anywhere that the maintenance have been so reliable and consitant!!!

Spent a year and a half here. Bryon and Brenda are awesome. Highly recommend

Was a resident here for 3 years and I loved it! If they had a 2+ bedroom I would've stayed. It's definitely not for a family but as a single person I loved living here. Maintenance staff was great and timely. The only thing that was less than ideal was that each floor only has 1 washer and 1 dryer.

Nicest place too live very unique and secure . The manager with staff are very professional. They make the residents feel extremely comfortable. I Love this place !

Be very careful here, there are a lot of fees they may not tell you about
and I have to wonder if they can even charge them.

This is an excellent place to live. It has a vibrant location, friendly and accommodating employees and a clean and modern look. The studio in which I lived was spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony view of the mountains. I always felt safe living there. Has many nice places to eat close by, with a grocery market within a five minute walk. Also right on the tram line, for those without a car. It is in the heart of Downtown Tucson, close to the University of Arizona, Convention Center, Train Station, 4th Avenue and many really great shops, cafés and restaurants. Manager and employees were

Formerly the Martin Luther King Jr. building, One North Fifth is a gorgeous modern building that was remodeled to match the young, urban vision of downtown Tucson. In my opinion, One North Fifth is really the foundation of the recent downtown evolution. Since then, the 4th Ave tunnel was rebuilt (and it's gorgeous), new shops, restaurants and yoga studios are appearing downtown, a trolley system was put into place, and now a 3-Level underground parking lot is almost done being built, which really comes in handy for the residents downtown.

They only offer studios &
