Great place, check in was simple. Rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was beyond any hotel Breakfast you'll find around. Our waitress was so sweet!!! Putt putt was included in our stay unfortunately closed for the season but it looked fun. You get free DVD rentals in lobby. Pool, lazy river and jacuzzi were all heated nicely. Parking was a block away from the hotel in Parking garage which was pretty inconvenient especially if it was raining and I didn't like having my vehicle that far away. Otherwise highly recommend.

They advertise certain amenities and they were not available. Also, they didn’t even let us know! They should update their website because I would not have booked with them if it weren’t for the advertisements of their amenities. They charged us $200 for breakfast for six people band won’t give me my refund. The restaurant was closed so my family and I was unable to have the breakfast we paid for. I’ve called five times, I’ve emailed at least 4 times and I’ve been hung up on more than those combined. The reception area was not clean and we could never get clean towels for the pool and

They changed the reservation that we had made in August to ensure we got the room we wanted on the morning of check-in from a 3 bed 3 bath room to a 3 bed 2 bath room that they said was an upgrade because it faced the ocean. The room was on the second floor, directly above the outdoor pools. We could hear the squeals and shouting inside the room with the doors shut and drapes pulled. There was a drawer missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the cupboards, a used pair of parties in the bathroom under the sink and a broken fingernail and dried macaroni on the floor. #822 Dominican Tower: I try to give honest reviews, preferably good reviews. I am 24 hours into my business trip. Ocean views are magnificent, the few people that I’ve encountered were very nice (check in was long however), haven’t tried any amenities yet as I’m working all day and it is chilly at night. Room, NOT great. I think because this was a last minute reservation and hotels are full for the holidays, I got the unit they probably save for last to rent. It smelled musty when I arrived. The refrigerator clinks when it runs (it was turned off when I arrived!), the room is NOT updated

Resort was affordable however wasn’t kept up very well. My family was having things thrown at them while enjoying the hot tub. My 9 year old daughter was almost hit in the face with a water bottle that was thrown from the 3rd floor to intentionally injure her. We saw the room that it came from. The front desk said that they’ve had numerous reports of the same thing but didn’t feel like us was a big deal!! Not a BIG deal!?! It would have absolutely injured somebody. The family continued to yell threats at my family after I asked them to apologize to my family. Couldn’t believe it was swept

( -100 )I am warning if you don’t want roaches don’t stay there. Paid way to much money to have this kind of experience. I paid for the 2 room suite. The Tv in the one room wouldn’t work. But door lock didn’t work , we went to bathroom opened a toilet paper roll small roach inside roll , thought okay it happens, got up in middle of night went to kitchen roaches were running everywhere. Took pictures from inside the kitchen cabinet. showed front office they argued to me that it wasn’t roaches. When you can strictly see them. Place was nasty. Front counter people were rude. We had to leave

Had a great time.
James from security is a legend. He looked after my family the entire weekend. We needed blankets and help with the door and he was always happy to assist us and made sure we had an amazing time. He was super respectful and accommodating.

I absolutely love this hotel! The Cayman Tower has large suites that are perfect for family vacations. The Dominican Tower (only stayed in these 2 towers) are perfect for a quick weekend getaway with my husband and children. The people who work there are always so nice and understanding. They go out of their way to help you. I love the fact that they have indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers. Perfect for any season!

I wanted to have a nice relaxing weekend for my birthday and I got it. The check in was a very easy process and the young lady was so nice. The room was clean and spacious so the 3 of us didn't have to bump into each other. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and dishes we needed. We spent the majority of our time enjoying all the nice pools and hot tubs. Overall our stay was wonderful. I've stayed at several different places at myrtle beach and the Caribbean Resort has been the best.

My sister found this place and we are so glad she did. We did a family vacation here that was 4 adults and 11 kids. We had the best time. It felt spacious and the kids loved all the hot tubs and pools. It was… so nice being right next to the beach. The drinks at the tiki bars were the perfect touch to a day at the beach. We will definitely be back.

I was was very nervous after reading some reviews. We stayed in a 4 bedroom oceanfront for 9 nights last week. We had 0 issues. room was clean. pools were clean. got towels when needed and garbage out daily.… yes there was garbage in the hallway, but the resort can't help what people do while waiting for the cart. we had no pans just pots in our kitchen. went to front desk and they had a couple sent right up. if I wanted to knit pick there was a small tear in the carpet of the master suite. hotels get wear and tear a lot faster than homes. this is normal. but it doesn't make it unclean or

My Daughter & Son-in-law took me here for a 4 night stay with their 3 kids. It was wonderful! It’s right on the ocean! Very awesome! You got a full kitchen, full bath, a room with two full beds and dresser… closet & nightstand, tv with cable, movie channels, you also got a living room with a pull out double bed, another dresser, a tv with cable channels & movie channels, a couch, coffee table, a table & chairs & two closets one with a safe for valuables. Oh & of course a full bathroom! You also got a balcony to watch the ocean anytime of the day or night. I

This place is a disaster. Mold on the ceilings. Clogged bath tub. Rude management. Do not recommend it to anyone. And when asked to speak to management was told they were in a meeting but came out of the… office not even 3 mins later after I walked away. When asked for maintenance they never came.
