Don't move here. The maintenance is awful, I've been waiting months for them to fix anything. The complex is always full of trash. Constantly having cars being broke into.

Worst experience. I do not recommend this place. maintenance is horrible management is a joke I reported my air conditioning for three months if not longer than that.. they did come to fix it. But only it worked for a few days and went out again then they never came back to fix it.. I decided to break my lease and I got hit with a $5000 bill because they said I still have five months left so I was responsible for all of that on top of $1800 for breaking the lease even though they didn’t take care of any issues that I did have.. the management is not willing nor do they care about the tenants

The only apartments I've ever lived in that never fix anything....my backdoor has been broken for over a year and they have every excuse in the world why they haven't fixed it

I have placed several work orders to have things fixed in my apartment that have never been fixed. My Air is intermittent, sometimes it works sometimes it does not. It was hotter in my house than outside this weekend.I left a message on the emergency line and as of today its been 7 days. Yet what always remains on time is my billing and late fees!! My faucets in my bathroom do not completely turn off and the shower faucets are broke. I have placed several work order and the apartment does not respond.  ALL of the trees and bushes are overgrown, I am scared to walk past them at night because there

I visited a friend here. The property was well kept up and there was plenty of parking space. The apartment was in good condition and didn't need repairs. The appliances were also in good condition. My friend said it was a quiet area and if you needed repairs or had a problem it would be taken care of.

I was actually considering applying for an apartment at this complex because of it being in the 40214 zip code. Then I drove in it yesterday. I mean, no thank you. This complex looks like a housing project. Their landscaping is horrible. It looks as if they have no cut grass in over a month. In fact the bushes are so high that it covers the address of the actual buildings. That must be horrible for emergency workers and delivery drive coming into the property. Seems as if every building had the same issue. One building had some type of rain damage so bad that the gutter and roofing material had

Currently living here, really upset that maintenance is taking so long to fix simple things, when they do come they don't even fix what needs to be done, called multiple times they said someone will come and no one will come.
Getting up charged to have a more decent apartment, and they can't even fix simple things. The pictures of the apartment is not what you get, you have to pay more for it. Which is very misleading, a lot of people want to live in the apartments by how they look, but when they first moved in they find out everything is somewhat different. I had to keep asking when I first moved

Came here with my fiance to take a tour and turn in paperwork for an apartment here. The lady we met with was incredibly rude. She wouldn't answer any of my questions and had the audacity to flirt with my fiance and act like I wasn't even there the entire time. As soon as we left, I told him approved or not, we will NOT be moving here, and it's a shame because I really liked the complex and the unit we toured. But if that's how she treated me, I can't imagine how she and the other leasing office staff treat their current tenants, or how she would've treated me had I actually moved here.
