I rented a property through Humphry for almost 2 years, March 2020 until August 2021. Working with them to get moved in, have general maintenance done was all pretty good. But like most property managers, the issue lies on the move out. We got relocated through my work so I had to break my lease and leave in a very short time frame. Unfortunately I couldn't get all the cleaning done that I wanted to, and a few things were left in the garage. I don't have a problem with the charges to remedy the items left and what cleaning we couldn't do, the problem is all the b.s. charges to the deposit on top

We personally have had a great experience with Humphry Property Management. They have always been helpful and informative with any changes or concerns. Usually prompt with work orders for fixes or repairs. We’ve been with them for 6 years and still going strong. We had to move this month and they made the transition in to a new rental a smooth process, and trust us with the economy changing and this treasure valley growing, houses are going rapidly. It's one of a kind agency! Caring to have your maintenance request (file online) taken care same day or so.
Easy to interact with and understanding when life is tough and you have few days late. Covid was tough for my company and they did everything to keep me in my home. Now I am alright and so glad I had them dealing with my rental!

This company is amazing! I have rented from Humphry Property Management for years. They have always been very helpful and are very nice to work with. They always answer their phones and are always on top of things! And on top of it they deliver cookies when you first move in, I couldn’t believe it! I am very thankful for everything they have done for me.

My wife and I rented a house through Humphrey Property Management in between selling our house and moving into our new house. They were great dealing with moving in and during our rental period (only 60 days). Our problem lies with how they handled our deposit refund. When we moved out we made sure to shampoo the carpets and do a general cleaning to hopefully get a good refund on our deposit. They charged us 208 dollars for carpet cleaning, 120 for general cleaning, and 90 for “repairs” even though there were no damages to the house (again we were only there for 60 days and were barely ever

This company has the worst communication, a complete lack of respect for its clients (landlords) and doesn’t follow the terms of the leases they provide. They literally gave a deposit back that Was owed to my clients without discussion. There was tremendous damage to the home that should have taken all the deposit and more to fix, but they shirked their legal and ethical responsibilities and didn’t care to remedy the situation. HARD PASS on this company if you are looking for management.

1. Online submission of repair requests with the shortest turn around time ever.
2. Access to the owner's of the company makes a tenant feel like a person and not just a check.
3. Professional patient and understanding office staff including the payment office.

I rented from Humphry for over a year and they are by far one of the best if not the best property manager out there. Throughout my tenancy they were prompt and easy to get ahold of if there were any issues. Made timely repairs and returned our security deposit in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for not only a rental but a great property manager.

Our experience has been nothing short of incredible. Everyone always says how terrible property management companies are to rent from, but Humphry is an exception. After actively trying to rent a house for 4 months, continually being stood up by property management people for scheduled showings, I finally found Humphry. I described what type of home I was looking for and they helped me find the perfect place for our family. They have always been on time for every appointment, there were a couple small items that needed to be addressed when we first moved in and they immediately took care of them
