Our award-winning meats are slow-smoked over pecan wood for that traditional Texas smokehouse flavor. True to our heritage, we cook in the Central Texas-style.

This was a treat! Running errands all morning as I am passing through the area--I have a thing for BBQ and Blues--and was hungry when I arrived. What a surprise! I felt like I was adopted by the owners Joel and Ronda...they made sure I got a taste of Boss Hawg!
I had the Boudin, as I was anxious to try it for the first time. Imported from Louisiana from "real Cajuns" as Joel put it and smoked in house--I was satisfied and impressed.
I had read about the sides here and I was not disappointed. I chose the Mac and Cheese of course--this dish raised my previous bar for comfort food. Joel

Came in for the first time to grab a to-go order and felt very welcomed! The owner greeted us and was pleased to let us know about the restaurant, his food and even customer recommendations. He let us know about himself and in conversation said "I've got nothing but time and a desire to do it right!"
You can tell his heart is in his food and the restaurant. He wants it done right and appreciates his customers. He greets many by name already who are repeat customers and with a friendly smile!

First time eating here today. Got the Full Knuckle BBQ pack meal for family. It's was great! Also got the shrimp and grits, collard greens, and Mac and cheese. It is some of the best Bbq I've had in long time. Will definitely hit this spot again. Staff was friendly and super easy to find, but may miss if not looking for it.

They really know smoke, the pig ribs, the shrimp & grits, the sausage (reg & jalapeno/cheddar), the Baja Tacos (brisket & pull pork), the Mac&cheese, loaded tater salad, cowboy beans, etc. it's just all good. The service was also amazing, from the lady taking orders to the 3 people who made a point to greet us, and the passion you can see from the fella fixing this up in the kitchen, the entire experience was great!

Great food in the restaurant- havenāt had a disappointing meal yet! The tacos (yes it is a BBQ joint but had to try) are out of this world good! Award winning and taste every bit of it.
Last time I was in Joel said try the Flamin Jack cheese on some nachos - he nailed it. Awesome kick (and I love spicy food) and great flavor!
Donāt short yourself - go see Rhonda and Joel and get some of the best BBQ around.

Been going here about once a week for over a year now. Everything is always so great and the owners are even better. Had to write a review today because the Brisket was out of this world. My favorites include the Brisket Tacos, The Meltdown and the Shrimp and Grits. Would recommend to anyone in the Tulsa area!

Best BBQ I've had in OK! Their sandwiches are huuuge and fork/knife worthy. Only place I've seen German Potato Salad since moving here 10 years ago. Definitely glad I've discovered them! Just added their number to my contacts.

When you walk in the unassuming building, you'll see an area that looks like a Western living room, and that's how you'll feel here--like family. This is my second visit here and I absolutely love it. Great Texas style bbq and some unique items, like smoked salami (sounds weird; tastes amazing) and some Cajun items. Disclaimer: they call it "big Texas flavor" and I've yet to try the brisket--will have to soon--though the smoked shrimp and grits are also calling my name... ha I did overhear that they use pecan wood to smoke their meats, jic you're interested.

Yum! And more! We love BBQ! This place doesn't disappoint. The pulled pork is the best we've ever had. The portions are generous and affordable. We love the dine in option section of the restaurant. Comfortably rustic. You MUST meet the owners, Joel & Rhonda. They are some of the nicest people you will EVER know. You just might get a cake ball if you're lucky!

This our first trip over since the Covid hit. Too long, now we know they got curbside pickup, we'll be back sooner!
Tonight take-out was Two meat dinner. Both of us had brisket and sausage. Of course I asked to have the brisket to be cut from the fatty end!
The meat melted in your mouth. Daggumit! Delicious as it gets.
Sausage! IT IS THE BEST SAUSAGE ACROSS THE RED RIVER! I'm thinking about getting a couple pounds of it and save.

We wish we had found this place sooner! They have been in Sapulpa over 2 years. We just had a wonderful lunch there today. Such a nice hometown feel. Comfy seating in the front room, like someone's living room! Plenty of places to eat in the 2nd room and right now it looks like they have tables reserved as to social distance. The food was delicious and we had enough left over to take home for another meal. There was 4 of us today and we all tried different things. If you like ribeye... get the Dino rib... even if you only have a few bites... share it... smoked ribeye awesomeness! And the little side candy they pull off the bone..... gooood Lort! 1 rib to 3 ppl will go just nice!
The picture of the knuckle doesn't do it justice so let's discuss... first off the meats are so darn juicy it isn't even funny.... like serious perfect amount of water still comes out of the meat without affecting taste but to make your tastebuds happy to bite into

Well I am in Sapulpa for work. Opened the maps on my iPhone and typed Food. And this gem popped up. Saw one picture of a smoked Bologna sandwich and had to go try it. I passed every bit of six other BBQ joints but that picture of that sandwich was stuck in my mind.
