I wish I could give this complex 0 stars!!! Customer service is non existent in the rental office and with maintenance. My AC was broken for a week in the summer. I just moved in a month ago and my apartment needs a lot of repairs that I have reported over and over and no one seems to care. Nothing works properly the gate, the pool, the car cleaning area. It’s dirty trash everywhere! Deneatta, the property manager, is useless talking to a tree would more beneficial! She needs to be fired! I’ve been here for less than a month and I keep getting made up fees on my account, that no one can resolve

Now this is getting out of hand i been here 10 months i requested my air been fixed litterally 7 times no response , i have serious breathing problems, i shouldnt have to go to someone else home to get comfortable and pay rent on time to stay in my own home. as soon as has i get corp. number im pushing the issues because this not normal ........ and this is apartment 1124 T0P FL00R !!!!!!

3rd time in 5 weeks my AC has went out. It’s cooler outside than it is in the apartment. Every time I bring the issue up, they say they are coming to fix it and I have to wait 4-5 days. Then in the office I get told “yea the AC isn’t working in here either” well I’m the one paying rent too! Do not waste your time or money with this place

Car broken into 3 times. Everything is broken, gate to entry, pool, "exercise room", roaches, gnit, flyes bad, poor customer service, no maintenance crew. Apartment stay nasty with trash flying around. The employee lie about everything. difficult to reach them. theres been a couple of stabbing and shottings. there is no one who cares. all they do is take the money and you will not speak to no one until the next time to pay rent. The seemingly newest addition to the management staff could definitely benefit from some additional training in sensitivity and customer service as Jeanette’s skills in such are definitely lacking. When apprised of issues with ac, she remarked that the rain should make the nights a little cooler and tolerable. She’s isn’t the one without ac all month.
