Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. So, if a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person's rent. Please note that common areas are a shared space. Why is my rent not prorated? A rental installment is a payment made as part of a series of payments.

So far so good I like how there are different events each week. The noise travels a lot through the thin walls but it’s ok. I wish the blinds made the room a little darker. Overall, love all the amenities that are offered and it is a perfect distance from campus with plenty of things to do around it.

I’ve lived at Station for about a month now. There are many things I love about living here, like my apartment itself, events and perks for residents, and helpful/ responsive staff. I also love the amenities; I have used the pool, gym, tanning room, business center, and the pool table. Overall, I really feel like Station is a great place to live and that the staff is attentive and happy. I really only have a couple of things I don't like. One of them is the noise, which really doesn't have to do with the apartment complex & has more to do with living with college kids. The other is that it’s

Won’t respond to any of my communications regarding my move out statement where they are trying to charge me for damages that were present when I moved in. No communication from management whatsoever. I forwarded the email I sent to the property manager when I moved in to the current property manager as well as the general Station email. I even wrote on my move out form that this email was forwarded.

I normally don't write reviews; in fact, this is the first google review I have ever written. However, I felt the need to after the excellent customer service I received from Liz at the Station at Five Points.
After the University ran out of housing, I began to frantically contact nearby apartment complexes to see if there were any available spots for my daughter. My desperate inquiries were well received by Liz at the Station at Five Points. After speaking with her on the phone, we came in only hours after the fact to tour the apartments. The apartments were nice and fairly priced, so we immediately

Station at Five points is deplorable . The condition of the units are disgusting . Filthy on move in day , mold , mildew, Broken fixtures , leaky ceilings . Cigarette buts on the porch floor . Half eaten lunch in the refrigerator, Broken bed frames , Living room couch ( new ) standing up on its arm still wrapped up and. Not put… together . Overspray of paint on the furniture , floors and outlet covers . They have roughly 600 apartments with 2 maintenance men .
Every attempt to get management on the phone or by e mail goes un answered .
They brilliantly hire college students to take the brunt

This place is an absolute SCAM!! $1,000 a month for filth, broken appliances, ripped furniture, and the list goes on. Why did you tell us to move in 2 weeks after 8-1 so you can have the room in perfect shape. It was complete filth, flood in kitchen with zero working appliances. I just get “the manager is not in”. It took 2 days to even get the right key. Now I’m being told it will be months to get a dishwasher. This is all completely unacceptable!!!!! DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD RENT HERE!!!

DO NOT LIVE THERE.
At the height of move in…we came in to an utter storm. The Leasing Manager Morgan Adams and staff had nothing to do for us other than say they “weren’t prepared” how are you unprepared if… you have a whole complex moving in? They said they are calling 5 more people in… the whole company needs to be there to fix it. There are roaches too. Apartment 221 was disgusting below is my detailed report. We are not interested in an unsanitary, unpredictable, disgusting, student housing building.
Entry- +Garbage and waste was scattered as photo documented

Looking to rent my first apartment away from my home state....The staff(Miss Liz and Miss Tameka) at the Station at Five Points has made this experience the BEST! They answered all my questions and gave additional information that was very helpful. I would recommend anybody looking for a place to rent to add them to your list.

Overall I think the station is a good place to live. I lived in a 2 bedroom and my room was very spacious with lots of natural light from the window. It’s really convenient being close to everything downtown and there’s a shuttle that runs to campus which is helpful too. The gym and the pool are really nice and I like that they have trash rooms on every floor instead of having to walk to the dumpster outside. The maintenance team does take a long time to respond to requests but I was told it was because they only had one person available to do jobs. I’d say my biggest issue with living at
