Great location, clean and very well decorated and furnished. Management and staff are amazing. This place appears to be Branson's best kept secret.

Good place to stay. Heard they are doing long term living. Sad thing is it's kinda expensive.

Wonderful and inexpensive hotel for a last minute trip! Location could be better but it wasn't that bad. Most things were close enough to walk to and less than 10 min by car (even in traffic)

Stayed there last night. I could only give 2 stars but I would have given it 4 star if it had not been for the horrible mattress. Not sure if they could have purchased a thinner spring mattress. The sole purpose of booking a room is to sleep. You would think the owners would want to give their guests a good nights sleep on a good mattress. Not one that I can fit between my thumb & pinkie finger.
Also there are no phones in the rooms. There are no blow dryers. There was a mini fridge but it needed to be wiped out.

I will be honest, this hotel shows age. The first room did not have pillow top mattresses, so they did move us. However, I do not appreciate the 24 hour advance cancellation policy. Maybe before you arrive, however, I felt pressured to go ahead and pay for the second night, because they "could not guarantee" we would keep the same room. The pool area is clean and nicely kept. Our room was clean, however, the air conditioner is outdated, and the vents stayed facing the ceiling, therefore, our room remained hot (as it reach 104 degrees outside). This morning, I used tissues and tucked them into the

Needs serious updating. They still give you a key to insert into a door knob. Big gap at bottom of room door to hallway so you hear all noise & conversations, light from hallway at night. Giant tube tv with a vhs player. We felt so uncomfortable here we left in the middle of the night.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Yes, the amenities look like they came out of an early 90's motel, and the hallways have timed deodorizers that smell sickeningly sweet, but for about half the price of the Holiday Inn Express, this was a great deal. They even have free wifi now.
