Homemade lasagna made with sausage, hamburger and a blend of Italian cheeses, baked with our homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Grilled chicken, artichokes, tomatoes and mushrooms sauted together in a white wine sauce with your choice of pasta, topped with feta cheese.
Breaded chicken topped with mozzarella cheese, parmigiana, and smothered with our homemade tomato sauce in a hoagie roll. Juicy, breaded chicken breast topped with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and onions in a hoagie roll (chicken sandwich). Classic handmade meatballs topped with parmigiano cheese and smothered with our tomato sauce and melted mozzarella in a hoagie roll.

Pretty good pizza & sub joint. If you like CBurg's Amelia's (our family favorite).. this is the same menu and food quality, except in Radford. Literally.. Amelia's split off from Sals like 20yrs ago. This is their chicken-parm sub. Very good.. unless you don't care for anis style sausage. They even subbed out the fried for my favorite, garlic butter broccoli. NOM! Pizza is pretty good too.

Disgusting. Got one of the XL pizzas and it was burnt on the edges. Ended up tossing it. And I mean BURNT, black crust! Whoever got it out of the oven, if they cared about keeping their customers, would never have served it. I didn't realize it until I got home, about 30 minutes away. For the overly priced, pay by the topping mess, I would rather have frozen. And yes, that's how bad it truly was. Never again and will definitely warn others. DON'T DO IT!

We ordered a Sicilian pizza online ...we have normally ordered from sal sr in the past but they were closed for vacation. They called ahead because I wanted mushrooms on one side only. I got the pizza home and there was mushrooms on the whole thing. Plus the crust was so oily and greasy that the after taste after an hour is still in my mouth! The crust was so soggy that it was falling apart. I don't think we'll ordered from jr again...because our stomach is already having issues...

Was there for lunch today and they was PACKED! Everyone was super friendly, helpful and helping each other. I had 4 different employees stop and either take my order, food, or check all to help each other it was awesome to see! Oh and the food was KILLER and fast as always even with them being on a wait.

Delicious food and wonderful staff!! They continue to offer curbside delivery and pickup. They have indoor eating and do seperate customers from others the best they can.
My favorite is the Spaghetti Carbonara. I've been eating this dish since I was a child in Italy, so I think I have a pretty good idea for comparison. It's one of the best in the area but I do prefer mine a but thicker with a different version of bacon. Still, it's a thumbs up.
Only downside is how busy it can get and there's no lime for drinks (like for your Corona).

Went in and placed an order for the cheese steak sub and some fries after work to go. The girl at the counter was very helpful and polite. I was told it would take about 10 minutes and it only took around 6 minutes to get my food and head out the door. The food was hot and delicious. There's a lot of competition in the area for the cheese steak sub and while it wasn't my favorite it did not disappoint. Will be back!
