Before reading these reviews, I called to see what the waiting list was for a 3 bedroom. Judith told me that there would be a 4-5 month wait, which is ok because my lease will be up around that time. I then asked what needs to be done to get on the list. She asked me if there were any minors to which I replied yes. She said that SSN and BC was need for all adults and minors. I asked her why would they need my minor child's SSN and she said that's what they require. I kindly got off the phone because why would I give my 4 year olds SSN for you to run it? That's by far the dumbest thing I ever heard

You see this God forsaken apartment is detrimental to your mental health, DO NOT COME TO THIS APARTMENT, I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS APARTMENT, no matter how worse your present apartment seems to be, it can never be as worst as this, the only thing they know and quick to do is TOW YOUR VEHICLE...MANAGEMENT IS VERY POOR AND RUDE SET OF PEOPLE, THEY SPECIALIZE IN MAKING YOU CRY, RENT THIS DUNGEON APARTMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I've NEVER lived here but have been trying to rent here. Today I see on their website that it says a 3 bedroom is available. I call and they advise it is available but they only work off of a waitlist. What is the point of saying that there is availability when there is none. The fact your waitlist is 4 months long. Why couldn't they just post waitlist open or nothing at all.

This would be the last time I will be renewing my lease with this apartment complex. It's crazy how management they are not willing to assist with anything. My car got towed last night been registered. I got a new vehicle last year November and had paper license plate. It's been 8 months since I received my original plate and nothing had happened. Then last night the towing company decided to tow my vehicle been registered (make and model) same style, color and always parked at the same place. Rosemont has a roach issue, tons of stray cats that they will do nothing about. If you have visitors come over anytime after 5pm, they will have to circle around the complex forever just to find a visitors parking spot. They take forever to compete work orders. There is no way to get in contact with corporate. They give you this 214 # that makes you leave a message, no one from corporate calls you back, some from the front office calls you back. I've seen some of the bad reviews on here and I haven't experienced any of those stuff to be honest. Been living here since December 2015 and everything has been great. No roach problems like many people claim . Maintenance issues always get resolved fairly quick especially when it is something serious . The parking is a bit of a hassle but only when you come home late plus it won't kill anyone to walk a couple minutes more to your apartment. I've had some difference of opinions with the staff but we are human and stuff like that happens but again nothing ever too extreme. Overall this place is

If I could rate these apartments with no stars, I WOULD but im required to put 1.. old, broken and dirty appliances, infested with roaches and they way they get people is makes you wait to look at your unit on your move in date. Whatever ya do, take your time looking at everything, do not sign your lease until they fix and clean everything or it will take you months to get those done. make them pull the appliances out so you can see if your place has roaches and if everything was cleaned like it should be. If i could cancel my lease without paying the remaining months i have i would in a heart

I love these apartments. The reviews people put about the cockroaches isn’t true. I’ve lived in two different apartments here and not one cockroach has been seen in either, must be the way they are living. The staff has been nothing but great to my family and myself. They helped us a lot through the leasing process. The only bad thing I would say is the visitors parking, I wish there were more around the complex. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about Rosemont apartments.

I moved here 10yrs ago, and it was a beautiful place to live. The team in the office were kind they made sure the property was clean, they pressure washed the cement hallways to where it always looked clean, if you had a problem in your apartment they fixed it in a timely manner, if your kids were good, or bad they always gave me feedback, the complex was always lit, and the hardware to the lights if we're broken was fixed. I trusted them to take care of my rent living.
Now? Not so much. The grounds are filthy, the cement hallways are filthy with gum, and only god knows what else. Light fixtures
