I AM NOT SURE WHAT THEY WERE BEFORE I MOVED IN BUT WHAT I DO KNOW NOW IS THAT THEY ARE AMAZING NOW. THE STAFF IS FANTASTIC AND MY APT IS BEAUTIFUL!!! YOU ARE WITH IN WALKING DISTANCE TO RESTARANTS, BARS, SHOPPING, GROCERY STORES AND THE MOVIE BAR AND GRILL, SIX FLAGS, HURRICANE HARBOR, RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE YMCA AND K1 SPEED- INDOOR GO KART. OH AND LETS NOT FORGET DOWNTOWN ARLINGTON ONLY 1.9 MILES AWAY WHERE THERE ALWAYS AN EVENT GOING ON TO KEEP YOU INVESTED IN WHERE YOU LIVE, EAT AND PLAY.

I liked living here, and it's a nice area that is close to a major freeway, a Wal-Mart supercenter, and all kind of restaurants, bars, stores and a movie theater. Nathalie is very helpful, and I would probably not move there if it wasn't for her. So thankful for Nathalie, she was very helpful during these 2 years I've never had a major issue while living there for 2 years. The only thing I didn't like was that it was hard to get somebody on the phone when you need to. Other than that, things were great for me, and I even got my deposit back after I moved out which doesn't happen often.

Website to property and other sites show multiple properties available scheduled tour to come look at one tried calling multiple times to verify that units were available to no answer. Upon seeing me I was quickly informed by Ivan that don't have anything available and won't until next year even after I told him that they have units online only to be told they lease quick. Leasing agent was rude terrible and smug and quick to prejudge.

I am very grateful for the current management team. Nathalie and the new manager Cassidy i believe his name is, they are very respectful, kind and are just truly amazing. I appreciate their willingness to help, and my husband and i are grateful they do a phenomenal job and they make sure to attend our needs. Its important to know you have a good management team whom your dealing with daily. And I pray God blesses them all in Jesus name.They also have great maintenance team with Mr. Jesus hes a great man who does his best.. If your looking for a place these are great apartments to me the most important

Someone has attempted to make entry into my mom's apartment TWICE in the last 3 days. Last night the person attempted to kick down the door, and the only reason they did not get in is because she has a 2x4 piece of wood propped underneath the doorknob. This apartment complex is completely unsafe, DO NOT move here especially if you plan to live alone.

Update: Since the incident the corporate office reached out to me and waived a month of my rent. They have also replaced the people in the office and Renee has been very nice to deal with.This will be my 3rd lease I am signing this month. They had a pool party about a month ago and it was actually fun. My balcony is right in front of the pool so they through my daughter and I a hot dog and chips. It's not perfect but i appreciate the growth.

New manager Renee is not friendly. They should have made Latoya manager. Whoever thought hiring a new manager was the best thing for this property needs a major wake up call ! To top it off the fence near my building has been down for almost 3 weeks now ... I use to recommend people to live here not any more. There are plenty of renovated apartments near by. Rather pay more money than settle for this.

Not happy with the place where I live. Pool has been closed for 3 weeks and this is the way it looks now. The trash did not get picked up on a scheduled day for pick up either so trash was all over the complex all day/night. Gates were broken for 2 months and the new manager does not seem very interested in making us happy. Location is good aside from game traffic but this place is going down with the new company or management it is very disappointing to see. No emails or letters to update us on anything about the pool especially for memorial day weekend would have been nice.

I've been living here since February. I've overlooked a few things that I didn't really agree with or like because I like my apartment & the area but today was the very last straw. My toilet broke around 5 am this morning. I immediately went online to put in a maintenance request to get it fixed. I came back home this evening at 722 pm & the toilet was not fixed. I called after hours number twice, no response. I sent two emails, no response. Its the day before a holiday so it probably wont be fixed tomorrow either. The fence by my apartment building has been down for about 3 weeks. I got numerous

I like Renee, the manager, and she does take pride in her work here. She has always worked to make this a great place to live, though there are some things that still need to be done, she is on top of getting as much done as possible as quickly as possible. I have only lived here about 2 months so far, but I have really enjoyed being here. She has a list and I believe she will take care of it because for me personally, she has had someone change out my air conditioner and fix all of my problems with the apt. I do recommend living here!

This is my first time renting an apartment and I believe I made a good choice. The managers (Ms. Rene and Ms. Sharr) are super nice and always helpful. I have been here since midJuly and don't have much to complain about; the apartment has some minor things that can be updated but anything that ever does fail, maintenance is quick to fix. Only major thing that bugs/worries me is the guard fences going out of order every other month or so (I was told the rain messes them up) other than that I enjoy the location I've made my home at (:
