My lease is finally coming to a end & I couldn’t be more happier. The two ladies in the office are very rude !!! They complain about the smallest things such as stains in front the door when the entire outside is filthy!!!! I have been here for a year & let’s talk about the ROACHES ... this place is filled with roaches no matter how clean you keep your apartment the roaches keep coming !!! The maintenance guy is probably the only kind worker, he is amazing !!! This complex may have had gotten another year out me if they got rid of the roaches !!!!

Bug Infested! Patiently trying to wait out my lease, but it’s ridiculous to pay so much and have this problem.
I bombed the apartment day 1 for bed bugs
I started to notice roaches mainly in the island so I bought roach bait traps
Months later still constantly seeing them so I cleared the kitchen and bombed that for roaches
Then pest control sprayed the kitchen
NO PROGRESS MADE!
Constantly see them everyday no matter how many died from traps or I killed
Do Not Move Here
Pay attention to other reviews about bugs, because that’s what you’ll be signing your name too

The elevator closer to the reception is super clean and sanitized daily. The other elevator (mainly used) is super dirty and smells really bad. At first they welcome you with an open heart, but after moving they almost spit at you. Im talking about the two old ladies working at the reception, miss Barbara and miss Karen. They talk back at you, they are super rude and give no respect after signing the contract. They gave no warning that no matter what size apartment you pick, you’re only allowed 1 small trash can that comes forced with the apartment and they’ll fee you if you use a different

This place has it's ups and downs, but the maintenance crew is fantastic. Whenever we have a problem, Mario and Lewis always tend to it promptly. After the winter storm a bunch of other apartment complexes in the area were flooding for days, but the maintenance guys here fixed a ton of leaks and made sure people could actually stay in their homes.

Management group is not supportive. They would Charge you with lots of minor charges at the end of your lease and make deposit zero. Not advisable to rent an apartment here. It’s better stay on roads rather than 404. Humble request to do not rent this property. People are giving good reviews because if you do that they are giving you discount in rent. Disgusting. Very bad experience.

As I was moving out, they withheld my own mail from me for weeks. The manager has an assistant at the front desk and she gave me my mail a few times, before all of a sudden withholding my mail on the last day. I had government documents and my passport in the packages and they kept them from me. I. Missed my flight because of them. Also, the amount of roaches I saw in my apartment was ridiculous.....and I was on the 3rd floor. Management sucks, they would literally never answer their phone. Super lazy management. Didn't give a crap. Would not recommend.

I moved in last Friday and Saturday, and my apartment wasn't cleaned or ready. Sunday I started seeing baby roaches. Monday they were in my keurig and sink and bathroom. It was bug bombed and I was moved to another apartment, which was bug bombed too. There were roaches there. Rent is $1100 a month plus convenience fees and utilities. Management and maintenance tried to make it better, but it got worse. I broke my lease today and am moving all out this weekend and throwing a lot away. Great location and property, but not clean and definitely has a bug infestation. Now I'm having to get

I went to go tour the apartment and i requested one at "2:30" online. when i got there, nobody was at the front office and we waited for 30 minutes. There was no sign that said they were on lunch or anything. Then on the door it said they would be back at "9:00pm" like that doesn't make any sense since the office is open from like 10am to 6 or 9pm. I was looking forward to moving here but if the manager service is like this i don't know anymore.

I hate to give such a low review because the front office staff is really nice...but the apartment itself was just falling apart. I moved into a "new" apartment and within 6 months almost everything started to break. The walls are SUPER THIN and you hear almost everything your neighbor is doing. It is more like college living with all the loud college students. The dog park is unusable. And for the price it's just not a good deal at all.

I've been living here for a few months now and i've had no problems. One of the employees, Shay, is a total sweetheart. She welcomes everyone who comes in and out of the building. I chat with her everytime I go down to check my mail. I've looked for nice apartments near UTA and 404 is the best option. I'm a student attending UTA and walking to campus is a breeze. I would highly recommend living here

This place charged you with the stuff you never know and you don't have such extra charges for parking spots x2 on the same bill or charges for storage that u never asked for or never known they existed or signed up for. The bills every month jumping higher and higher, mine start At 1170 now around 1700$, the keep adding bs charges that never there before. They never answer calls or msgs and on office hours they are never there.

3 stars for the location and being "brand new" 2 stars less for the the quality of the floors/ceilings , very thin so your upstairs neighbor can be a pain in the a*** and you can be the same way to your downstair neighbor as well ... front office is nice and they have a group that plans fun activities , but if you plan to live in this place for a while consider getting room there is no one upstairs and downstair neighbors but if the sound doesn't bother you even past 10 pm then this is a place to be in downtown Arlington (which is hard to get) , the place is pricey but the facility
