This place is the worst and has been since the day I moved in. My oven door fell completely off shortly after me and my son moved in and half of the wall outlets were hanging out of the wall. The closet door was stuck and a host of other issues. Maintenance never fixed anything, my son 16 year old son fixed the oven door after waiting a month for someone to come fix it. I tried to sort of rig the wall outlets to keep them from falling out and we took care of the closet door. We’ve had a terrible roach problem and I keep an incredibly clean space. Pest control has been out here and the problem

I moved in last year in July. The first day, the rugs were wet and the apartment wasn’t ready but I was from out of state so I HAD to move in. Dealt with mold for a few months, maintenance came in, told me it wasn’t mold and did nothing about it. It gave my roommate and I breathing problems for months.
On top of that the 3rd day we ate there I see a roach. Fast forward a year later and for MONTHS the problem has been escalating. We called pest control multiples times and nothing happened. We had to throw out furniture Bc it was infested.

I have been here for one full year, and although there was some trouble at first, new management did what they can to make this place nicer. This area is pretty quiet as it is tucked out of the main streets, and the area kept pretty clean. Other residents here are really nice and everyone keeps to themselves. It's not a bad place from what I've personally experienced.

I had a 1 year lease and my time here was enjoyable. The location is perfect for commuters to work or school, with gas stations nearby. The new management team that took over the property is amazing and is willing to work with you as much as they can. They only have 1-2 guys on their maintenance team so its understandable that work orders are slow. The property is well kept with no trash in sight and I have not had any issues with crime or vandalism.

Horrible! Do not move here. Move in Day my apartment wasnt even ready I had to come by the next day. There was a very bad roach problem that me and my roommate had to fix ourselves. The a/c unit went out the day after we moved in, we were with air for 3 weeks, the third week they gave us a small window unit that only kept the living room cool. There was a birds nest on the patio that they didnt knock down completely so birds still circled around it until I fixed it myself. The air barely blows in here. They charge you for extra things when its time to pay the rent. Like $15 a month for trash pick

I have NEVER wrote a review until now. I have been in my unit for 7 months nothing has been fixed. I have the worse bug problem in the world I can’t even live in peace. I HATE it here with a passion. The office people do not care what so ever. Please I’m warning anyone DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will get you by showing you that model apartment and then you thinking it’s gone be nice & it’s not. When my lease is up I’m moving so fast.

I really dread leaving this review. I’ve been a tenant nearly 2 years.Management has declined significantly! To say the least, they’re very negligent. I’ve been swamped with roaches entering my apartment from outdoors at night for the last few months along with lousy and overly noisy neighbors which results in me hating to come home only to not have ANY PEACE. Seems like maintenance just receives a check. I constantly followed up with work orders that have yet to be resolved. My lease will be up soon and I’m anticipating that date!

When we came inside there was a white lady who was pretending to help us but she gave the authority to the black lady and she did the job very terribly.
She has no idea what she was talking about. All she was saying is I left my glasses in the office and whenever we ask questions she said I don't know, I never been to this apartment.
She told us," you guys need the apartment, so you have to contact us back" when I asked when to come back.
This is really embarrassing.
