Could be a great place to stay if management catered on the needs of residents. Few issues I have observed so far for past 8 months include:
i) Roaches no matter how tidy you try to be. I pay for pest control but have never had my unit exterminated. ii) Flat rent is $1225 for 2 bedrooms but expect to pay anywhere $1378 for monthly rent. iii) Before you move don't be coerced to move-in. Make sure you get your utility (electric) transferred to your name and confirmed before you make your move otherwise be ready to pay a chunk some for what you didn't consume. iii) Office manager whatever her name

"A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open to all residents and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the whole Apt complex

Just visiting my father and brother and was told by rent a cop service we couldn't sit in the parking lot.But that we can sit on our patio.One rent is paid,father has lived here 5 plus years no issues.But if you are black move somewhere where you're respected and able to use all the amenities the white tenants use.Hope the company gets covid.

These apartments all need some renovations done. My living experience here was okay, the neighbors were loud all the time. They definitely need to look into getting a sound barrier up by the highway or on Copeland. The sound of 18 wheelers and cars zooming on the highway is crazy. If you want good sleep good luck. The staff is really good at responding to problems if they come up. If my experience here was better, I probably would’ve loved living here permanently.

Carolyn and I lived here for 15 months - NOT LONG ENOUGH - We throughly enjoyed the days living here. The management was always so pleasant, professional and caring. The memories we have from our time there will be with us for a lifetime. If it were not for a sick family member, we would still be there. I would highly recommend Element Apartments for anyone.
