If something that we say is okay or acceptable fails within 90 days of the inspection, then it is covered by our 90 day warranty. RJ Inspections includes a Free termite and wood destroying insect inspection with every home inspection. There is a fee for termite on garden style homes.
If your deal falls through for any reason: financing, appraisal, condition, etc. the next inspection performed within 30 days of the initial inspection is automatically discounted.If you are not completely satisfied at the end of the inspections, not only will we refund the inspection fee, but we will also pay for another licensed inspector of your choice to inspect the same home.
