My inspection with Dave was flawless. He walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. He thoroughly documented every concern that he found, both with notes and photographs, and provided me with all the information he gathered. I received the inspection report that same night along with his extremely helpful, well-written homeowners' guide. He was pleasant to work with and ended up uncovering something in our potential home that would’ve cost us a large chunk of money if he hadn’t been so thorough. I highly recommend this company!

Would highly recommend David Valley for your home inspection. He's very experienced and passionate about home maintenance and safety. As first time home buyers, we did a lot of research on inspections. We called so many people. Right off the bat, talking to David he was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. David was exceptional. He looked over everything, walked us through the whole inspection explaining everything he saw.

David did a great job with the inspection of a multi-family home that we recently purchased. He was very thorough in his inspection. We are first-time home buyers so we were very new to the process, but David answered all of our questions and taught us a lot about our home. His inspection was also very affordable.
