Inspections include a thorough inspection with a FLIR Infrared camera. From moisture intrusion to missing insulation, infrared photography can see what the eye can't. People can be exposed to radon primarily from breathing radon in air that comes through cracks and gaps in buildings and homes. Because radon comes naturally from the earth, people are always exposed to it.

He showed us all of his findings and gave a helpful explanation as to what was wrong and how it can be remedied. Gordon is the type of professional you hope to get out of any contractor you hire. I reached out to Gordon as I was working through the quoting process for a home inspection. He was extremely responsive via email and his quote was on the lower end of some of the responses I had received. I had Gordon also include radon testing in which case he had to drop off some tests 2 days prior to our inspection. After he dropped the tests off he called me to give me a heads up on a couple of things he saw just poking around while on site and wanted me to understand before he brought it up during our walkthrough

I have only had a two home inspections before I used Red Line Home Inspections. Gordon took his time doing an inspection on our vacation home. He wasn’t rushing off to the next inspection and took his time. His detailed report was full of pictures and comments that we had already discussed as we followed him during the very though inspection. That was seven months ago, and we have found no surprises. He will be the first person we call for an inspection if we buy another property in the future.
