Full Swing Physical Therapy & Wellness
Choosing therapy with us means receiving my undivided attention from start to finish. No assistants. No switching between patients in a busy outpatient clinic, wasting your time on a bicycle, while your therapist works with other patients. All appointments are at least 60 minutes long. This enables you to get the most out of each appointment, saving you time and money, and you will feel better sooner!

We are a fully mobile PT practice. We make physical therapy simple by providing flexible appointment times and locations, and we come to you at the location of your choosing. You can schedule a PT session in between zoom conference calls at home, or we can meet you at your office, the tennis courts, or the range!
Services
My interest in physical therapy started as a young athlete when I was battling injuries in order to return to competitive basketball, baseball, and golf. I graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Caroline and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!).
You've come here looking for information, answers, and solutions to your back pain or sciatica problem. I have great news for you! Your back pain or sciatica CAN and WILL get better! Your back pain or sciatica won't just go away on its own. Resting will not solve the problem. Taking pain medications won't solve your problem either.
We help Golfers to become more Flexible, Stronger, Hit Longer Drives, and Shoot Lower Scores without fear of injuries or flare-ups. Is your back stiffness and back pain with golf causing shorter tee shots and causing you to end rounds early?. Are your knees too painful or "giving out" during your swing, preventing you from swinging to your potential?.
Do you have pain in your shoulder or elbow after practice or games? Has someone told you or your child that they may have little leaguers elbow? Are you looking for a physical therapist who has been through and experienced these problems and truly understands them? As a previous travel baseball athlete, my arm would go numb after pitching several innings.

Chris has been so helpful and takes the time to make sure we understand what we need to do! Having him come to the house has been very helpful. What I really love is that he listens to what my husband needs!

Chris is a fantastic physical therapist. After my minimally invasive back surgery, he came up with a rehab program for me which was tailored to strengthening my core/back with many exercises and stretches that were low stress on my back. He also developed a golf training schedule for me to get back into the game safely. With his help, I was able to do full swings just 8 weeks after my surgery and my back is feeling great. I wish I had worked with Chris before getting to the point of needing surgery but I am happy to have his help going forward. Highly recommend his services.

Chris is top notch. We've been working together for a couple of months. I started off with a club head speed average of 101...this week I ***averaged*** 119 with a high of 127! When I started with Chris, stiffness was a fact of life...just getting out of bed was a struggle and my day after recovery was slow. Now, I'm looser, more flexible and a lot stronger, with no morning after soreness. Chris took the time to learn my extensive orthopedic history and designed exercises I can do that have benefitted my game and my life in general. He'll help you play better, get longer off the tee...and live

Dr. Chris Miller is by far the best physical therapist I’ve worked with. I have a very complex surgical history on my right knee. I’ve torn my acl three times and I’ve had four surgeries. I also have very severe osteoarthritis. I‘ve worked with many physical therapists over the years, and Dr. Miller is by far the best. My knee feels better now than it has in years. I’m able to enjoy life with significantly less pain than I’ve had in the past. Thank you!

Dr. Miller did a great job diagnosing the source of my pain, treating the pain on the spot, and recommending an at-home treatment regiment. The convenience of not having to leave my office for a professional and thorough PT visit was fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Miller for busy professionals with aches and pains that need to be treated.

Dr. Chris Miller is the best physical therapist that I have ever worked with.
After almost 3 years following a total knee replacement surgery, I was still having severe pain and stiffness in my left knee. I was taking Tramadol to reduce the pain at night in order to sleep. My initial goal in working with Dr. Chris was to only play golf again. I was lacking the range of motion and confidence to get back on the course.
Dr. Miller provided very effective and focused therapy, including manual manipulation and tailored exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knee. His caring and encouraging
