This property management illegally charged me $405 in cleaning fees when I moved out-non of which were included in my rental agreement. I left the unit in excellent condition and they stole my security deposit and are demanding repayment. I will now have to spend time taking them to small claims court due to their greed. As you can see in the photos, the apartment was left nearly immaculate yet they still stole my money.

As soon as I moved into The Timbers apartments (January 2021) I realized rodents had moved into my attic in the Master Bedroom. To this day they spend day and night scratching on ceiling keeping me awake at night.
I initially contacted the Maintenance Dept. I had an initial visit 12 months ago to address the problem, only to be told the problem couldn't be fixed. I could continue to hear them day and night making some sort of 'nest' directly above my bed.
When Fall and Winter started setting in 8 months later, they became even more active, and I reached out to now THREE different Property Mngrs

I have really tried to keep my mouth closed and mind my own. There are some really awesome people in this company but most recently things have truly gone down hill. There’s been a LOT of poor communication about Alder Flats prop and the highlight is sending us a letter to a link to a travel agency in CO saying they are the new managing company. I literally hopped on the phone and talked to the CEO/Founder of the company and they told me, perplexed, “That is so odd. The link is to a travel agency that only focuses on traveling.” I need to know who the new managing company is for Alder Flats

I've lived in a complex owned by Thrive for the last 2.5 years. They go above and beyond for residents. They surprise us with gift cards to local restaurants, they throw end-of-summer celebrations. They respond to service requests quickly. The management team is staffed by friendly people. I have nothing bad to say about Thrive.

Been a resident here (Scout Apartments) for a few years now at the time of this posting. I have nothing but good things to say about everything from the management team, maintenance, general upkeep of the community, you name it. Quiet little nook that feels like you’re out of the city, but central to basically everything. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Juanita/Kirkland area

Have been trying to reach them since I moved into my Thrive managed apartment since August and have not heard back. Very unprofessional, they don't care about how the property is taken care of just that bodies occupy it. Just moved to Washington and I will make sure that I don't recommend Thrive communities to anyone I know.
