Greg inspected my clients property today. He broke the master shower head and then refused to fix it. He said it "was going to break anyways"! What in the world?! He hung up on me when I tried to discuss it with him. He left the buyers hanging to be their responsibility and now they are on the hook for it. I would not recommend.

We're so pleased that our realtor referred us to Greg. The home we're buying has a generous amount of square footage, but he took all the time he needed to go over every bit of it and we didn't feel that he rushed or cut corners. I especially liked that he didn't just stop at listing off his findings, but really took the time to explain everything including why and how it should be fixed. I met Greg through a mutual client. My client was happy with him so I added him to my list of inspectors. I give my clients 3 options of inspectors to choose from. Each client has the option to call, interview and question every inspector. From that point, the client schedules the inspection. Greg has done more than 30 inspections for me in the last few years. Excellent work! He took his time and made sure to inspect everything. His report was precise and easy to understand plus he sat down with us before leaving to recap everything so we wouldn't be surprised by anything in the report. This company was not my husbands first choice, but they were within our price range and were available when we needed them. Several items were missed during our inspection. Nothing major, but certainly items that should have been picked up during our inspection back in November. We actually hired another inspection company last month to reinspect and see if anything else major had been missed. I much preferred the layout of their report over Diamonds. Our original inspector unexpectedly fell ill and we were forced to find an inspector at moments notice. Our realtor got Greg from Diamond Property who I couldn't be more pleased with. He was on time and extremely friendly upon arrival. He made us feel comfortable to ask any questions and took the time to answer thoroughly when we did. He was very detailed with his inspection and report. He was at the property for nearly 4 hours ensuring he checked every nook and cranny which was comforting for us. Greg was very thorough and explained all of his findings to us clearly. He made sure that we understood what would be required to remedy any issues, and whether they were big things to ask of the sellers, or small things that we could correct ourselves over time. He used a quadcopter to inspect the roof, but did everything else manually, including inspecting the attic and garage rafters. The report he generated was emailed first thing the following morning and was as detailed or more so than other inspectors' sample reports. Would definitely recommend him to others.

I am so pleased with the work Greg did for us when he inspected our new home. He uncovered a major defect with both the roof and the AC, which I'm so glad he found during the inspection because it would've cost us a huge chunk of change to repair. We were able to negotiate these repairs with the sellers.
Greg provided a very detailed inspection report that proved he did a complete analysis of the home. I'm happy we have that as a reference for when we decide to do any future repairs on some of the minor issues he uncovered. I highly recommend hiring Greg for your next inspection

Greg was great. He was flexible meeting with me. He also did a great job and was very thorough in his inspection. After he discussed all the issues with me, I had some additional questions a couple days later and gave him a call. He was prompt to respond to my call and answer all my questions.

Greg is a really easy going person that will put you at ease and answer all your questions. He takes his time and will inspect a home from top to bottom usually takes about 3 hours to inspect it. He looks at every single nook and cranny of a house. My husband was in love with the first house we picked but after reading his report we had no choice but to pass on it. I appreciated all his feedback that I hired him again to inspect another home for us.
