Loren provided excellent customer service and was very thorough with the home inspection. During our inspection it was raining the entire time and the renters were present but that didn't stop Loren from doing his job. I can't recommend Loren and this company enough, we had an amazing experience!

We had Loren from Anarumo Inspections conduct a very thorough and intricate detailed home inspection. We were very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and service. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. He provided a very detailed report listing all their findings. We are very thankful that our realtor referred us to Anarumo Inspections. I had an inspection on a multi family property (3unit) and I must say this report was well worth the money and very very detailed. Separated the issues into three categories based on levels of concern. Had multiple videos and pictures with the unit number and where exactly the issues are located. This report also has pictures of the proper way to have certain things that are small fixes which are pretty much DIY repairs for homeowners who even have no experience in this line of repairs and work.

They did fantastic job inspecting the home. Anarumo came out within two days of us opening escrow which is unheard of and managed to inspect the house and sewer to find items that the homeowner was unaware of. I would recommend using them on your next home purchase without a doubt.

Our realtor recommended Frank to us for our home inspection after we opened escrow on a home. Frank made everything easy!
