According to TREC Standards of Practice, a real estate inspection is a non-technically exhaustive, non-invasive, limited visual survey and basic performance evaluation of the systems and components of a building using normal controls and does not require the use of specialized equipment or procedures.
My clients were making the biggest purchase of their lifetime and needed to be sure they knew the condition of their new property. Greg performed a very thorough inspection and his report was very detailed and clear. Greg inspected my seller's home and left it in complete disarray. He broke the fence gate handle, left the fence wide open and the back door unlocked. He left the stove with no power to it. He tracked debris from the attic all over the home. He took cooking pans out from under the stove and left them on the counter. He moved furniture and did not put it back in its proper place. My seller's were beyond upset.
When I called Greg to address these issues he took 0 blame and refused to apologize. He was condescending and unprofessional.

Outstanding service! His inspection was the most thorough that I have ever experienced; exceptional attention to detail, photo documentation, and a report format that is easy to read. His walk through explanation is efficient and comprehensive; no overly talkative time wasting. I completely trust his assessment. I called Greg from Ally Certified Home Inspection twice to look at two different houses for me.
