Steve is a TREC licensed home inspector who began inspecting residential property in 1992 - with almost 30 years of inspection experience. Steve is a highly qualified, dedicated, and experienced home inspector. The nearly 30 years of inspections and his long list of happy clients show how much Steve cares about each client, and every home he inspects.
We are proud of our home inspections here at PCC. They are more thorough than the average inspection, and truly protect our clients' interests. Although a home inspection is non-destructive and not technically exhaustive, our home inspections are thorough, systematic, and complete. All so that you, the buyer, get a clear understanding of the home and its overall functionality and performance.

Steve and Patrick were great very thorough with their process. We had a great experience with PCC Home Inspections. In a very competitive home market, we were allowed a pretty short option period, but PCC was able to accommodate us, not only by scheduling with relatively short notice, but Steve Cook provided thorough and detailed inspection reports on the home, the sprinkler system, and wood destroying insects overnight. We would definitely use PCC’s home inspection services again, and would recommend them to anyone else looking for quality service as well.

My husband and I were referred to by our real estate agent and I'm so happy we were. They were extremely thorough, professional, and timely with the inspection. I especially appreciated the fact that they were able to help explain everything to us because, being first-time home buyers, we had no idea where to even begin when considering the quality of the build. I can say after their inspection, we feel a lot more comfortable with the status of our new home. Would definitely recommend!
