Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, Kerri Jackson was the youngest of six siblings and the only girl. Interest in veterinary medicine as a profession seemed to be a natural choice at a very young age. In 1983, Kerri began her undergraduate studies at Oregon State University. In 1991, she graduated and began working at Pacific Veterinary Hospital, where she worked for 8 years.
While attending the Art Institute of Boston, Natalie started working at the Animal Rescue League of Boston in shelter medicine and somehow ended up staying in the animal field. She and her husband moved to Oregon in 1992, where she started working at Pacific Veterinary Hospital. She challenged the boards and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in the State of Oregon.

We have been clients of Crossroads Veterinary Hospital for more than 10 years now. We absolutely have complete confidence in the clinic, doctors, and technicians. We have had dogs, cats and "pocket pets" seen by many of the doctors.
Dr. Utsey is one of our personal favorites only because of the relationship that she has with us and one of our dogs, Joey. She has treated him since he was brought home as a puppy and now as he is reaching the age of a senior dog she is still treating him. This particular dog is terrified of just about every place outside of our home except the vet and I attribute
