Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, Kerri Jackson was the youngest of six siblings and the only girl. Interest in veterinary medicine as a profession seemed to be a natural choice at a very young age. In 1983, Kerri began her undergraduate studies at Oregon State University. In 1991, she graduated and began working at Pacific Veterinary Hospital, where she worked for 8 years.
While attending the Art Institute of Boston, Natalie started working at the Animal Rescue League of Boston in shelter medicine and somehow ended up staying in the animal field. She and her husband moved to Oregon in 1992, where she started working at Pacific Veterinary Hospital. She challenged the boards and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in the State of Oregon.
Your pet can't tell you when he or she feels sick. That's why bringing your pets in for a physical exam every year is the smartest and easiest way to keep them healthy. Exams allow us to detect any problems before they become severe or costly. Neurologic system - it could indicate birth defects in younger pets, and cognitive issues in older pets.
Though sometimes unpleasant, vaccines protect against common diseases that your pets may become exposed to. Did you know that vaccines have about a 95% success rate for preventing infections and fatal diseases? This is a four-booster, combination vaccine that protects against viruses that cause life-threatening neurologic, respiratory and gastrointestinal issues.

I have been taking my cats to this vet for years! When we first moved to the area in 1996! I have since moved and I STILL will come here even though it’s a farther drive. The reason is the staff. They are all amazing and caring. I couldn’t ask for a better vet. Thank you for all you guys do!

We have been clients of Crossroads Veterinary Hospital for more than 10 years now. We absolutely have complete confidence in the clinic, doctors, and technicians. We have had dogs, cats and "pocket pets" seen by many of the doctors.
Dr. Utsey is one of our personal favorites only because of the relationship that she has with us and one of our dogs, Joey. She has treated him since he was brought home as a puppy and now as he is reaching the age of a senior dog she is still treating him.
